Coraline discovers the other world by means of a small secret door in her new home. The door is
first bricked up and positioned in the living room. When coraline unlocks and open the door, she
discovers a dark tunnel leading to a parallel universe.
2. When Coraline first arrived in the other world, she's a little confused and decided to go back home.
What would you do if you were Coraline? Would you have been tempted to stay?
If I were in Coraline’s situation, i might initially be tempted to stay in the other world because it
is beautiful and appears to be ideal, as well as the desire to explore the other world.
The button symbolizes a visual presentation of the other mother’s trap. The characters becomes
prisoners in the other world once the buttons are sewn on, unable to to escape or defy the other
mother’s command.
The message of the story is all about self-discovery, the importance of genuine connections, and
the worth of bravery and sincerity. It urges viewers to enjoy life’s true and imperfect parts while
confronting obstacles with determination and a sense of self.
5. If you were to change the ending of the movie, how would you end it?
Coraline's parents are free at the end of the film, but they have no memory of what happened
and continue to live normally. If I could change the ending of the movie, I would want Coraline's
parents to remember what really happened; I would want them to remember the efforts
Coraline made for them and the way Coraline wanted some attention and love from them
because that's what got them in that situation in the first place.
