    Dear Sir/Madam,

    Letter of Concern
    I write in regards to my loan default with Fido Finance some time ago. As a customer, I was
    loyal and committed until the default which wasn’t done with the purpose to cause financial
    loss to the said institution. This isn’t something am proud of. The money taken from the
    financial institution was given to a brother to pay on my behalf in my absence, of which he
    clearly didn’t. Regardless, I take full responsibility for my negligence.
    I’m sorry about the circumstances. My attention was brought to it, for which I immediately
    settled the outstanding balance. Am very sorry and promise this unfortunate happening will
    not repeat itself again.
    I hope the content of this letter will meet your favourable consideration. Thank you very
    much.
