SUB— REQUEST FOR EXTENTION OF 12 DAYS E/LEAVE.

Respected sir.
With due respect and humble submission I state following few lines for your kind
consideration and favorable action please.
Sir. I No. ___________ ASI / RO serving in comn branch of 55 BN BSF — Sir
at present I am on 20 Days E/ Leave upto 12 Feb 2024 and I required 16 Days E / Leave
more for My father treatment. My father is under treatment at Kailash Hospital Greater
Noida ( Uttar Pradesh ) and a court case of my father will be finalized on 12 Feb 2024
and I am waiting for final decision at above case.

It is therefore requested that kindly extend my E / Leave 16 Days more.

I shall be highly great full to you for this act at kindness.
