Subject: Request for Shifting of pole from mid of Plot 280-P Sector-31 to sharing wall of Neighbour’s
plot no. 281.

Dear Sir/Ma’am,

This is in regard to the subject, I request you to shift the pole from middle of my plot to the sharing
wall of Neighbour’s plot no. 281. I am planning to build house on my plot but due to the pole I am
unable to do the same.

I am ready to pay any departmental charges/ legal fees required to shift the pole.

I am writing this as a request to shift the pole, so that without any more delay we shall proceed
further. We are hoping for a positive response.

Please acknowledge and do the needful.
