How are you.we had good negoation with the landlord infront of our lawer .they can agree to rent jan to dec with 5 lax .when we made the agreement time we must give the rental fees 60 lax .and also they cant give inventory room ,also we will be reduce our sign. We complained like we cannt give one time payment,we would like to get back our inventory room and also cannt reduce the sign also.and we can give the renting charges since from when we get back the electricity and water ,toilet. Lawer told we cannt give the rent payment one time because of the we have too many loss.we would like to get back our room because of we dont have no place to put.we cannt reduce the sign also.but,we are still discussing about the sign reduce and also payment for jan to april.They didnt agree renting charges not include for four month.They allowed for payment two times 10lax on the agreement sign date and end of the September we will be paid another 50 lax. So,our lawer advice me we should take the chance as soon as they allowed,because of the if we dont agree we will be still getting the problem .we cant get the profit.At present we should choice this way.its the best way for us. I am writing the agreement letter for lawer reading.I will be send to you next day.

New factory The 60-31 building is nearly finish.the crushing machine not finish yet also shell room.because of the Mandalay engineer not coming . Three toilet are nearly finish. Roasting machine set up finished. The generator place will be move tomorrow. All of the construction process are nearly finish without road and water We are meeting with contractor and engineer this morning.the engineer already give 20 lax to contractor.because of the he dont have the money .the contractor used the extra things for level for foundation changing two times ,crushing maching set up place changing two times , he using good material,shell room foundation .So, he already extra used about 20 lax more thanfrom his buget .all of that expenditure money are wages for him .Now, he want to start to do the road but ,He dont have money So.,he would like to ge t at least 15 lax from the his last money.how should we do? The water tank beside of the toilet will be finish tomorrow.
