Sr.

Analyst/Team Lead /Manager – Analytics

Perceptive Analytics is looking for a Sr. Analyst/Team Lead /Manager - Analytics, based out of Hyderabad. The candidate
must be a versatile leader with the ability to approach projects both operationally and analytically and strategically and
lead teams and client engagements.

Perceptive Analytics is selected by Stanford University to be part of Stanford Seed Program. Perceptive Analytics is the
Winner, Fidelity Investments Data Challenge, and is an awardee at NETFLIX Hackathon held at Tableau Conference,
US. Perceptive Analytics provides Visual Analytics, Marketing (customer analytics) and data engineering solutions.

Position Overview

The key focus of this position will be around influencing the customer decision journey, improving customer experience
using cutting-edge analytical methods. It will help clients define their strategic analytics needs, operationalize analytics as
in help develop specific analytics projects and strategies and ensure deployment and help realize business value.

The candidate should have strong experience interpreting and analyzing complex, disparate, large-scale data sets and
visualizing the findings in a way that conclusions and recommendations can be easily drawn.

Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art, data-driven visual analytics or predictive models to solve business
problems using the latest and most appropriate technologies in business intelligence, machine learning, statistical
modeling, and Operations Research.
2. Develop analytics solutions; pattern identification and feature extraction, variable selection; experimentation with
algorithms, performance analysis and preparation for communication with internal and external clients.
3. Translate analytics outputs into commercial insights.
4. Develop standardized methodologies, with a focus on providing guidelines on measurement, data collection and analysis
and interpretation.
5. Be the Subject Matter Expert for a specific industry.
6. Manage, coach and mentor team.
Qualifications

1. MBA from an IIM + B E/ B Tech or any other relevant degree (i e, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Machine Learning,
Physics, Econometrics, etc.) with relevant work experience of 2-4 and 0-2 years respectively (Sr. Analyst/Team Lead
/Manager - Analytics) in analytics companies.
2. Team and client management experience.
3. Experience on multiple predictive modeling techniques Logistic Regression, Linear, Random Forest, Boosting, Neural
Networks etc.
4. Deep knowledge of visual or data analytics methodologies.

Location

The company is based out of Hyderabad. All new joiners will have the option to work from the office. In addition, if they
want to work from home that option is also available. In case, specific requirement, employees may be mandated to work
from the office temporarily.
