Additional Notes
1.
Appraisal shall be completed by Repair Manager and emailed to Project Manager within 5 working days of project
completion.
2.
Project Manager reviews each appraisal and ensures applicable sections are completed correctly.
4.
Appraisals are rejected by Project Manager and sent back to Repair Manager for reassessment. To be completed within 3
working days.
5.
Project Managers confirms that each appraisal is correct and forwards them to Project Resources.
6.
Appraisals sent from Project Manager are reviewed by Project Resources.
8.
Appraisals are rejected and sent back with comments to Project Manager for re-assessment and submission.
10.
Each appraisal is reviewed for strengths and weaknesses. The overall comments section will determine whether the
employee shall be:
- reused
- reassessed through training
- identified as unsuitable for employment
The assessment may also identify that the employee trade did not match the requisition specified by project team.
11.
Employees made aware of strengths/ weaknesses and issues with workmanship and QHSE.
14.
The appraisal process will repeat on every future project that the employee attends.
