ABSTRACT
Smart Apartment Complaint Management System
(SACMS) are system that designed for residents
and they can easily report the problem that they
saw in the apartment. With the existence of this
system, it is possible to facilitate their daily work
without thinking about the problem of house
damage that is being ignored by the management

The project is implemented with the aim
i. To identify why it’s difficult for residents of simplifying all matters related to the

encountered by apartment dwellers.
ii. To design a method process report With the development of this system can

occur in apartment buildings
iii. To develop a new system to monitor and
feedback on complaints management

SCOPE OF THE SYSTEM


User Scope
Residents of the apartment or visitors can use this
system by using their phones, laptop, etc with an
internet connection to report a problem that they
are facing inside the building. For admin, they
were able to see all the complaints that were made
by the user and can respond to them quickly.

System Scope
The old system such as report paper needs to be ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
replaced with a new and current system.
