- Bug Fixes/Small Balance patch

- New Model for Pantera added, + Tail animation fixed

- Expieremental mechanic Uptilt **[CTRL + M1]** REMOVED...for now.


Notes: Uptilt was incredibly strong, allowed for touch of death(100%) combos to
flourish while making basically every move an extender. Uptilt may come back when
it's more polished and has a more defined purpose, but for now, it's gone.

- Fixed shunko not getting modebar.


- Now mobile jump button won't go away when m1 or other actions.
- Pantera can now use mode in stun
- Raiju Senkei's transformation animation was given some extra iframes so it's not
minus on transform.
- Hopefully fixed a weird glitch with shunko that caused the evolved form of the
moves to be usable in base form
- Fixed Adjucha's sonido not working
- Fixed Vasto Lorde's/TVL's Deciet skill not working
- Murcielago's Segunda animation has been fixed

Balances:

Notes: Zanka no Tachi was incredibly dominant in PvP. These changes should keep
it's playstyle in tact while making it much more risky and resource heavy to use,
though, keeping it a powerful force with it's low cds. Players will now have to
manage their reiatsu properly in order to utilize Zanka to it's fullest and play
less aggressive with it's skills. Zanka's best moves are now slightly easier to
deal with, North is no longer such a huge threat, and burn is much less of a
threat, as it was adding on an incredibly high amount of damage during combos.
Zanka No Tachi -
[Nerf] - Zanka can now only apply burn with Z, C, and B.
[Nerf] - Zanka no Tachi's damage reduction has been removed (20% -> 0%)
[Nerf] - Zanka no Tachi's Fusion II Passive has been lowered (15% Damage boost ->
5%) (10% total boost with Fusion I and Fusion II)
[Nerf] - East (Z) Base damage reduced: 43 -> 30
[Nerf] - South (X) now has startup, and the skeletons will take a moment before
spawning.
[Nerf] - Skeletons will now auto detonate after 5s instead of 10s
[Nerf] - Skeletons no longer apply burn, and their walk speed has been reduced by
25%
[Nerf] - South (X) Base damage reduced: 26 -> 20, Reiatsu cost increased: 40 -> 50
[Nerf] - North (C) Can no longer be aimed while it's being charged up. In return,
it also can no longer be countered using a counter skill, so it must be dodged.
[Nerf] - North (C) Reiatsu cost increased: 20 -> 40
[Buff] - West (B) Now has a starting hitbox near the user that throws opponents
into the center of the attack
[Nerf] - West (B)'s starting hitboxes and final blast are now blockable
[Nerf] - West (B) now has 0.5s of startup before the multihits begin
[Nerf] - West (B) reiatsu cost increase: 20 -> 40

Saber Drain -
[Buff/Fix] - Knockback increased more, should be easier to throw people into
barrier or walls with it.
[Nerf/Fix] - Endlag slightly increased *on hit* by 0.3s, should prevent people from
being able to extend with a well timed flashstep.

Murcielago -
Notes: It didn't feel right that Murcielago had giant m1 range with it's short
spears, and it also didn't feel right to remove it's downslam.
[Nerf] - Murcielago and it's Segunda's M1 range has been lowered to match normal
sword range.

Shunko/Raiju Senkei/Mukyu -
Notes: Shunko's M1s were increased far too much. they have been lowered to match
normal sword range.
[Nerf] - M1's now match normal sword range instead of GS range.

Pantera -
[Nerf] - Desgarron Slash (X) no longer has hyper armor

Shinso (Shikai) -
Notes: Now that Shinso has it's bankai, it's shikai could use some well deserved
nerfs. Blade rush was incredibly strong in damage for an extending shikai skill,
and Exhalted blade's use has now been slightly altered in and out of combos, making
it a little less powerful.
[Nerf] - Blade Rush (X) base damage reduced: 5 -> 3
[Nerf] - Exhalted Blade (C) can no longer downslam while the buff is active.

Flying Uppercut -
Notes: The "Flying Uppercut II" upgrade made flying uppercut way too strong, as it
was essentially an extending reversal. Flying Uppercut II should now be considered
an optional upgrade to the skill depending on how you want to use it.
[Nerf] - "Flying Uppercut II" now adds 0.3s of startup to the attack, and removes
it's hyperarmor, making it's main use a combo extender.
