Balances

- Add 2 second Time Stop cooldown to the following moves if they land/activate:

> Time Skip (on every Stand that has this ability)

> Roadroller (after final hit)

> Ora Beatdown (after final hit)

> Vaporization Freezing Punch

> Blitz Strike (after final hit)

- Make it so Clones/Minions from all stands that have them despawn if they are
farther than 75 studs away from the user.

(C-Moon)
- Remove Gravitational Shift doubling damage on C-Moon’s gravity abilities, right
now it is unnecessary and is already an amazing move.
- Increase Gravitational Shift windup.
- Ragdoll victims of Uppercut to the Moon when they land on the ground.

(Anubis)
- Increase stand damage by 20%.
- Reduce Curse Imbued Slice cooldown from 20 to 15 seconds.
- Reduce Curse Imbued Slice knockback.
- Slightly increase Cursed Imbued Slice windup speed.
- Reduce Afterimage cooldown from 20 to 15 seconds.
- Reduce Cursed Blade cooldown from 40 to 35 seconds.
- Reduce Enraged Fury cooldown from 24 to 20 seconds.
Supernatural Swordplay Upgrade Changes
Remove M1 stun effect.
Reduce skill point cost from 6 to 3.
The final hit of your M1 combo block breaks when the Stand is summoned.
Anubis M1s are faster when the Stand is summoned.

(Aerosmith)
- Reduce Vola Barrage damage by 0.5.
- Remove knockback from Vola Barrage.

(Red Hot Chili Pepper)


- 10% buff to overall damage.
- While Electrify is active, the user will get teleport dashes similar to Made in
Heaven.
- Make Pinky Slash unable to be canceled and reduce its cooldown from 22 to 20
seconds.
- Slightly decrease Electric Discharge windup.

(Star Platinum: The World)


- Greatly reduce end lag after using Platinum Slam.

(Gold Experience)
- Make it so Destructive Power no longer boosts healing ability amounts.

(The World Alternate Universe)


- Reduce duration of Smoke Grenade by 5 seconds.
- Increase windup and remove knockback from Pocket Revolver.
- Increase Throw Knife base cooldown duration by 1 second and slightly reduce stun.
(Hermit Purple)
- Reduce Vine Trap stun duration by 1 second.
- Add 1.5 seconds of end lag if the victim of Vine Trap Grapple blocks it.
- Reduce stun on the second hit of Double Vine Slap.
- Make Double Vine Slap cancelable.

(Gold Experience Requiem)


- Increase base damage on all abilities by 10%.
- Increase Life Beam of Creation direct hit/life beam damage by 20%. (on top of the
above 10% increase)
Awakening Changes (since right now it’s too OP)
Remove the damage boost this ability gives the user.
Increase base duration by 15 seconds.
Reduce cooldown from 216 to 165 seconds.
Deal true damage for the full duration of the awakening.

(Silver Chariot Requiem)


- Auto summon all victims’ stands when waking up from Conqueror's Will to avoid OP
barrage stun combos.
- Lower Arrow Barrage damage by 0.5.

(Tusk ACT 4)
- Increase Wormhole Uppercut windup speed by a lot.
- Increase Nail Glide gliding speed.
- Add another Destructive Power upgrade that costs 5 skill points.

(Scary Monsters)
- Increase Head Charge windup.
- Lower Head Charge charging duration.
- Show summoned Dino Minions health bars.

(Silver Chariot)
- Make Cycle Slash pull inward when hitting opponents instead of pushing them away.
- Add a passive 20% speed increase to all basic abilities (M1s/M2s, Barrage, and
Heavy Punch)

(The World Over Heaven)


- Reduce lingering hitbox on Heaven Ascended Smite.

(Made In Heaven)
- After the Universe Reset cutscene the user will deal True Damage as their
Alternate Universe self until they are in their original body again.

TIMESTOP REWORK POLLS/SUGGESTIONS:

(King Crimson)
- Due to the KC lacking moves and a good combo starter I suggest a new move:
Blood Blind
> Toss a cursor aimed blood clot projectile with the following properties:
Bypasses blocks and stuns for a moment.
Deals a small amount of damage and blinds the victim for 4 seconds.
15 second cooldown.
Slightly longer windup than The World’s Throw Knife ability.
Can be interrupted during the windup.
Projectile Drop, functions like Home Run’s baseball that falls as it goes farther.
Would be a perfect combo starter, which King Crimson currently doesn’t really have,
while also not being too overpowered as it requires skill to use.

(Beach Boy)
- Make Rod Slap match the animation, currently it hits way faster than the
animation.
- Improve Auto Rod Pull auto aiming hitbox, currently misses sometimes.
- Increase Rod Pull hitbox to make it easier to pull in victims.

- Make it so Rod Pull and Auto Rod Pull cannot be perfectly-blocked.
- Make it so you cannot use Rod Pull and Auto Rod Pull on people ragdolled victims
or people with iframes.
- Add a new counter ability called “Damage Reflection.”
- Activating this ability causes you to perform a blocking animation and Beach
Boy’s Hook and Line will glow with a bright pink light for 2 seconds. The next
attack you’re hit by will have its damage reflected back at the attacker.
- 1 second of end lag if nobody attacks and activates it.
- 15 second cooldown.
- Canon to Beach Boy in the anime, and is one of its core abilities.
(Mr. President)
- Add a new counter ability called “Shell Shocked” or “Kidnap Counter”
- Activate and turn into shell form for 2 seconds, the next melee attack you’re hit
by will send the attacker into Mr. President’s room for half the time of your
“Kidnap” ability duration.
- 1 second of end lag if nobody attacks and activates it.
- 25 second cooldown.

Prevent following moves from being used while kidnapped/in Mr. President’s room.

(Hermit Purple REWORKS/NEW MOVES)


+ Rework The Joestar Technique:
“Press Z to run faster and jump higher temporarily!”
- Increases run speed and jump height by 50% for the duration of the move.
- 5 seconds base duration
- 35 second cooldown from activation
- Change run animation for the duration to the current version of the ability’s
animation.
- Joestar Technique upgrades will increase the duration of these effects by the
following amounts:
I: +1 second
II: +2 seconds
III: +2 seconds (10 seconds of this at max upgrade)
+ New move for Hermit Purple:
Vine Shield
“Cover your body in Hermit Purple's vines, protecting you from one attack, and
dealing damage back to the attacker!”
- Ragdolls and knockback (to prevent OP stun combos)
- Deals 15 damage
- Procs fire if you have the *Hamon Combination* upgrade.
- 20 second cooldown.
