Brutal Doom: Black Edition - Changelog archive

Version 3.1e Hotfix [22.07.2019]


1) Revert change "Remove Chaingun pitch and angle effects due to continuous fire" from previous
hotfix.
2) Monsters health reduced by 10% - revert change from previous hotfix.
3) Monsters damage reduced by 10% at difficulties: "Tormented Agony" and "Unholy Evil" - revert
change from previous hotfix.

Version 3.1e Hotfix [11.07.2019]


1) Fixed bug with Revenant's extra attack. Now consistently launched 4 missiles work correctly.
2) Demon (Pinky) movement speed slightly increased
3) Monsters health increased by 10%. Because player can instant kill monsters when they have below
10% hp (glory kills).
4) Monsters deals 10% more damage at difficulties: "Tormented Agony" and "Unholy Evil".
5) At skill levels "DOOM" and "Imminent DOOM" monsters health is no longer reduced.
6) Removed Chaingun pitch vibration. Previously when you shooting crosshair slowly rises up. Now
Chaingun is perfect firearm weapon in game.

Version 3.1e [01.07.2019]


Improvements by Blackmore1014 and vsonnier.

1) Fixed bug with Plasma Rifle smoke (primary and secondary fire).
2) Added missed souls of monsters: Spectre, Arachnotron, Pain Elemental, Spider Mastermind (3 souls),
Cyberdemon (3 souls).
3) Code cleaning done and fixed some problem with that (not visible in game).
4) After Demon Morph effect player have 100% health (previously 50% HP).
5) Fixed Night Vision critical bug on Vulkan with GZDoom 4.1+.
6) Added smoke to shotgun casing from Brutal Doom v21.
7) Player critical state. Screen discoloration now starts when health is below 20% (previosly 25%). Also
this effect less dark.
8) Setting "Brutal Doom options" has been deleted. Because useless and mod does not work correctly if
disable it.
9) Water Explosion Splashes option has been removed, because this option did nothing good.
10) Fixed some bugs with casing on ground.
11) Added tooltips for Soul Cube and Demon Morph ugrade system.
12) Added Burst Fire tooltips on screen when player pick up weapons in first time. Can be disable in
Black Edition options.
13) Fixed bug with incorrect required souls for Soul Cube activation.
14) Soul Cube secondary fire has been changed. Deadly beam deals damage and destroys enemies, and
also absorbs accumulated souls in full charged Soul Cube. For use player must always hold secondary
fire button.
15) ESC-Vivisection directly access Main Options, the confusing sub-menu has been removed.
16) Changed some namings in "FATUM" (below skill levels) submenus.
17) Added "Black Edition credits" in Main Options (ESC-Vivisection).
18) Fixed bug with incorrect explosion color in brown and green liquids.
19) Convert DaZombieKiller's Footsteps in Zscript: Now footsteps sounds works on any surfaces in all
unofficial wads.
20) Add pulsation effect on BD: BE main menus.
21) Removed Health Damage, Explosion Screen Cracks, Bullet Holes, Melee Damage menus because
they does nothing.
22) Changed difficulties (monsters health reduces only on "DOOM" and "Imminent DOOM") and added
new difficulty "Unholy Evil".

Version 3.1d Hotfix [27.06.2018]


- Fixed critical bug with Plasma Rifle ammo.
- Added a new model of player's movement. Now player more fast.
- Improved melee combat sprites (hand).
- Added models for Keycards and Skull-Keys (Keycards created by Pandut, Skull-Keys created by
Zanieon).
- Improved lights and glow for items.
- Increased maximum ammo of Rocket Launcher to 50/100 rockets (previously 40/80 rockets).
- Now auto reload by default.
- Added game mode "Stabilizer". Now you can disable swinging camera during the movement (weight of
armor).
- Some other little changes.

Version 3.1d Hotfix [10.06.2018]


- Fixed bug in "Gunner" game mode due to which player has been freezed when holding fire button
without ammo.
- Now auto reload by default.

Version 3.1d Hotfix [06.06.2018]


- Little changed "Dreadful Visions" skill level.
- Added initial reload animation for most weapons after first pick up in game.
- Fixed critical bug in "Endurance" game mode due to which sprint was abnormally fast. Now running
speed is normal.

Version 3.1d Hotfix [Update 27.05.2018]


1) Minimized a bug with the behavior of zombiemans and sergeants after they hurt each other.
2) Armor bonuses for glory kills increases player's armor maximum to 100% (previously 400%).
3) Changed names and descriptions for skill levels. Also added two new skill levels: "Endless Nightmare"
and "Imminent DOOM".
Version 3.1d [Update 15.05.2018]
1) Fixed critical bug due to which blood of monsters on floor was missing.
2) Fixed bug due to which blue blood gushed up after cacodemon death.
3) Demon Rune now drops only from especially strong monsters: Cacodemon, Hell Knight, Baron of Hell,
Mancubus, Archvile.
4) Added new special picture during hints in game (also request for confirmation).
5) Hellish Revenant’s Missile now have 4 rounds at floor (previously 8).
6) Fixed bug due to which at death screen not play demonic voices.
7) Fixed bug due to which blood at floor can reduce fps in large battles, when everywhere blood, flesh
and carnage.
8) Changed ammo of weapons in game.
- Pistol:
Ammunition (pack) – 64 ammo (previously 48).
Maximum ammo increased to 176/352 (previously 150/350).
- Assault rifle:
Magazine (clip) – 20 ammo (previously 30).
Ammunition (pack) – 60 ammo (previously 90).
Maximum ammo – 300/600 (previously 250/500).
- Shotgun:
Maximum ammo – 60/120 (previously 60/115).
- Super Shotgun:
Maximum ammo – 40/80 (50/100).
- Chaingun:
Small ammunition (clip) – 30 ammo (previously 50).
- Rocket Launcher:
Maximum ammo – 35/70 (previosly 50/100).
- Plasmagun:
Maximum ammo – 250/500 (previously 300/600).
- BFG-9000:
Small cell (clip) – 25 ammo (previosly 30).
9) In game added new modern armor system. Now player can pick up all armor types until 300%
(previously armor increased to a certain value depending on the armor types), but picked armor amount
was reduced:
- Light armor (green): 75%
- Medium combat armor (red): 110%
- Heavy assault armor (blue): 150%
- Siege armor (black): 225%
Armor bonus amount increased to 5% (previously 2%). Now armor always absorbs 50% damage
(previously green armor absorbs 30% damage, red armor absorbs 40% damage, blue armor absorbs 50%
damage, black armor absorbs 70% damage)
10) In game added gunner's UAC box. Player can get from gunner's UAC box a few ammo for all
weapons (6 variations). Include backpack, combat knife, medikit and armor.
11) Fixed bug due to which Demon, Spectre and Hell Knight drops 2 souls.
12) Now souls of both types disappear after some time (40 seconds), and no more exist until end of the
level.
13) Now demon souls and Demon's rune drops at ground and no more soar in air.
14) Game mode "Phantasm". Now monsters become visible for some time when takes damage and
attack player.
15) Now Soul Cube counter called "Soul Cube". Also changed display collected souls.
16) Now Demon Morph counter placed around with other counters. On the left side screen.
17) In game added detailed shadows for all monsters and player.
18) Added a new sound of echo from shotgun shot.
19) Fixed bug due to which not appears visual effect of flowing blood at screen when player's health
below 10%.
20) Fixed bug due to which sometimes missing player's pain sounds.
21) Fixed bug due to which player with berserk effect can't run when no have stamina.
22) Fixed bug due to which player can't move to sides (strafe) during reload or aiming.
23) Now when player comes close to zombies and sergeants, they evades from him, rolls to different
sides and keeping distance.
24) Updated some sounds in optional addon of Doom Slayer's voice pack in archive mod
(Doomslayer_Doom4.pk3). Added optional addon with footsteps sounds of Doom Slayer in archive mod
(Doomslayer_footsteps_Doom4.pk3). Added optional addon with footsteps sounds from Half-Life and
Quake 3: Arena (Half-Life_footsteps.pk3 и Quake3_footsteps.pk3). Added optional addon with hero
voice from Duke Nukem (Duke_Nukem.pk3).
25) Pistol damage increased about by 20%.
26) Slightly changed visual effect of teleportation.
27) Now shotgun in right hand (previously in left hand).
28) Fixed bug due to which reload of shotgun with latest rounds was sometimes incorrect.
29) Black Edition options have been moved to a separate submenu «Black tractate».
30) Heroic difficulty «DOOM» was slightly changed. Now at this skill level player pick up normal ammo
amount (previously only 50%), but health and armor amount take only 50%.
31) Hell Knight’s ability «Teleport» has been deleted. Added new ability «Corrosive breath» - at close
range Hell Knight spew green flame at hero.
32) Baron of hell now immune to ballistic shock. Receiving damage does not stop his attacks, abilities,
and other actions. Completely ignores damage from firearms.
33) Cacodemon have a new special ability "Confusion". Cacodemon has a chance to spit black plasma,
hit which causes inversion of player's control and disorients him at few seconds.
34) Spectre now dark like in classic Doom. Movement speed greatly increased, but no longer has ability
"Charge". Also added new ability "Warp", which allows Spectre to become completely invisible and
instantly close to player.
35) In Black Edition options updated "Sector brightness options" for lighting adjustment in levels. By
default settings is disabled.
36) Added another new variant of player's death from the first person - falling face down at floor. Now
dying hero can fall in any directions.
37) Added wiggle effect of screen when player have to much armor. Imitation of difficult movement of
hero. Than more armor amount - much stronger effect.
38) Added additional wiggle effect of screen when hero have health below 25%. Imitation of difficult
movement of hero in critical condition.
39) Added new smoke effect after firing weapons.
40) Added fire particles after destruction of plasma balls from Imps, Hell Knights, Barons of Hell,
Cacodemons.
41) In Black Edition options (in Performance options) added 3 options for quick graphics setup.
42) Some other actions of player (fists, kick) consume some stamina.
43) Slightly edited night vision effect.
44) Arachnotron now have new ability "Overload". With some chance Arachnotron can release plasma
blast around him.
45) Attacks of Mancubus left much more fire.
46) In section "Fatum" added game mode "Blinking". When this option is enabled, in game simulate
effect of blinking eyes of hero.
47) Grenades has been changed. Grenades are now in weapon slot 5 with Rocket Launcher and no
longer show at HUD. Now Grenades get with a separate ammo type (Grenade Box and Grenade), which
with 50% chance replaces rockets for Rocket Launcher. Grenade Box gives 5 ammo, grenade gives 1
ammo, backpack now gives 1 ammo. Grenades now additionaly drops from chaingunners. Now
grenades in contact with monsters instantly explode. In other cases the grenade also has same amount
of time on ground, and then explodes. Range a bit higher than Rocket Launcher and damage is slightly
lower. Added alternate throw of grenade (Secondary Fire): weak throw under feet from which the
grenade is rolling on ground forward - in contact with monsters instantly explode, in other cases
explodes after 5 seconds. There is a danger of grenade explosion in hands if not throw. Grenades
amount: 25/50. You can disable this new grenades type in Black Edition options.
48) In mod added Arena. Map with dynamic respawn of monsters and items for player. At this arena
monsters will attack in waves. Each time waves will become more difficult.
49) Added new main menu of game with his new animation.
50) Section "Fatum" is now located over the choice of difficulty. You can now enable the desired game
modes and immediately back to the difficulty of the game.
51) Now Sergeant's shotgun gives 4 rounds (previously 2 rounds). Accuracy of shotgun in aiming is
reduced by about 10%.
52) Added new sprites of Plasmagun. Fire rate is slightly reduced because this Plasmagun have more
sprites. Damage slightly increased and under Haste effect Plasmagun no need reload.
53) In game added new button "Burst Fire". Can be change in Customize Keyboard. This button activates
a special shot or action for some weapons. In update 3.1d button will be added to three types of
weapons:
Pistol: triple shot (secondary fire now it's aiming with increased accuracy).
Assault rifle: Switching fire modes with increased accuracy.
Shotgun: Powerful double shot with slightly reduced accuracy, followed by reload delay.
Plasmagun: Shot big and very powerful plasmoid, which during detonation deals large damage to all
monsters around. This shot with delay required 10 plasma cells.
54) Now player starts new game only with pistol (with additional ammo) and with 110% armor.
55) Added footsteps sounds of monsters in game.
56) Now zombie also have same ability as the chaingunner - the continued firing at last point of location
of player (shooting at a hiding player).
57) Added some new lighting effects in game.
58) Added new screen effects in game.
59) Chainsaw damage has been increased.
60) Stamina increased to 900.
61) Blood at screen has been changed.
62) Changed animation for alternate fire of plasmagun.
63) Difficulties (skill levels) in game has been changed.

65) Added burst fire for rocket launcher. Accumulation of up to 6 missiles and then with the ability to
launch them.

67) Demon soul lifetimes have been increased to 30 seconds.

69) In Fatum section added options to disable stamina, reloading and glory kills.
70) In section «Fatum» added new game mode "Hell Time". In this game mode at beginning of each
level player is given 30 seconds of time. For killing monsters player receives a reward in the form of
bonus seconds, which increase the time counter. Much more stronger monster - more bonus seconds
will be received. Maximum time cannot exceed 120 seconds. If time is up - player instantly dies. In this
game mode stamina is doubled.
71) Working with only latest GZDoom version.

Version 3.1c [UPDATE-Hotfix 25.05.2017]


- Fixed critical bug due to which Arachnotron not deals damage.
- Fixed bug with fist under Berserk effect, which throws back Mancubus at huge distance.
- Fixed bug with death screen, which after player death black screen black screen disappears after some
time.
- Fixed bug with deformed sound of open barrels when Super Shotgun reloads.
- Damage of Demons and Spectres charge reduced to 25% (previously 50% damage).
- Under Berserk effect no longer pickup last 66 demon soul for Demon Morph, instead give player 1%
health. Change is necessary for avoid conflict between glory kill and Demon Morph effect.
- Revenant’s skull on ground has some chance to explode.
- New pickup sound for armor bonus.
- Reduced drop chance of Demon Rune.
- Fixed critical bug due to which Arachnotron not deals damage.
- Fixed bug due to which unique sound effect of Anti-radiation Suit not stops after player's death.
- Fixed bug due to which «PAR» in statistic of level is gone.
- Fixed few bugs with new green plasmoids of Arachnotron.
- Fixed bug due to which not play necessary sound of Doomguy’s voice when falls from big height.

Version 3.1c [UPDATE 06.05.2017]


- Black Edition v3.1c works only with latest GZDoom v3.0.1.
- Fixed bugs of version 3.1b.
- Health of Evil Marines was reduced.
- Significantly improved of game menu. Improved title image of menu screen. And added biblical /
demonic font from Doom 3.
- In game added HD fonts of different types. Always works and no longer need use other addons with
HD fonts.
- Added 4 unique game modes. Section "Fatum".
Hellbound:
Hordes of imps at levels. After death of imp 50% chance spawn 1-3 new imps. Imps respawn in 12
seconds. Demons, Spectres, Lost Souls, Cacodemons and Hell Knights respawn in 30 seconds. Player
already have Soul Cube 1 level.
Damnation:
Analogue of Ultra-Nightmare from Doom 2016. Player has only one chance to survive. After player's
death game ends and all saves of current wad will delete.
Despair:
In game completely no have medikit and armor. Each level is given a certain amount of special essences.
It can be improved in two ways: First way is search spheres (they increases healing effect), Second way is
kill monsters (increases amount of essences at level and maximal health).
Phantasm:
All monsters in game are invisible.
You can choose one game mode or all at same time.
- In Black Edition options added DarkDoom settings. Allows you to change darkness degree and achieve
a more atmospheric game.
- Changed visual effect of teleportation. Added satanic pentagram from Doom 3.
- Fixed bug with aiming Revenant's Missile at corpses.
- Now Archvile without horns.
- Changed and improved sprites of Chaingun. Also fixed some bugs with animation.
- Super Shotgun damage increased about by 20%. At close range deals additional damage, with
increasing distance damage is reduced.
- Added new sprites of Pistol.
- Added new fire sound of Pistol.
- Pistol accuracy increased about by 25%.
- Added new spites of Shotgun.
- Shotgun accuracy in aiming mode (Secondary fire) increased about by 40%.
- For improved Shotgun accuracy in aiming mode you must open "Black Edition options" and find "All
Fire's mode" and choose first parameter "Default (Black Edition)". If this is not done, accuracy will be
default from version 3.1b.
- Improved aiming of Soul Cube after activation.
- Added stun effect of player after special attack from some monsters. 15% chance to stun player from
Demon and Spectre charge and 50% chance from Baron of Hell jump.
- Fixed bug with sprites of Nazis death.
- Increased animation time for throw grenades.
- Improved charge animation of Demon and Spectre. Added new visual effect and sound.
- After ending Berserk effect added new sound.
- Added new visual effects when below 10% health. Permanent redness on edges of screen. Also every
10 seconds screen turns black for 1 second with a sigh of hero (imitation eye closure).
- Movement speed of hero at liquids (water, toxins, blood, lava) reduced by 15%.
- Animation of recoil for some weapons has been increased.
- Added additional decorative sprites of environment from Smooth Doom by author Gifty. So with some
probability will be replaced classic and Brutal Doom decorative sprites at levels.
- Fixed bug with small radius of barrel explosion.
- Fixed a bug with sound of chainsaw after knife attack at wall.
- Slightly improved sprites of BFG-9000. Added little more frames.
- Primary fire of BFG-9000 now required 40 ammo (previously 80 ammo). Colossal damag not change.
- Fixed bug with twitching of screen during Chainsaw attack.
- Changed glow of Invisibility Sphere.
- While reloading Super Shotgun smoke from open barrels is not as dense.
- During frenzy effect Cyberdemon have correct roar from Doom 3.

- Fixed very old bug from original Brutal Doom which deals minimal damage to player when tearing to
shreds Demon and Spectre at close range.
- Added new sprites of Bonus armor. Now more realistic.
- Significantly increased number of sprites monsters for more smoother animation.
- Now Lost Soul can resurrect dead monsters.
- Added new special ability for Hell Knight - teleportation.
- Added new ability for Archvile. Now he have fast attack in melee.

Version 3.1b [UPDATE 02.04.2017]


- Black Edition v3.1b works only with latest GZDoom 2.4. Zscripts.
- Player no longer can use second fire of Chainsaw when no have fuel.
- Chainsaw damage increased about by 30%.
- Duration of "Salvation" increased to 90 seconds (previously 30 seconds).
- With Berserk effect player takes at 85% less damage (previously 65%).
- Accuracy of Pistol increased about by 20%.
- Accuracy of Minigun additional increased about by 30% and now is almost absolute. Also increased
maximum ammo of Minigun to 400/800.
- Accuracy of Super Shotgun increased about by 20%.
- Added visual effect with smoke from barrels when Super Shotgun reloading.
- Slightly edited reload of Shotgun (insert shell). Little more correct reload.
- Demon Morph now available with Soul Cube 1 level. Duration 15 seconds. All next upgrades of Soul
Cube and Demon Morph until to 5 level without changes.
- After Demon Morph effect player have 50% health (previously 20% health).
- During frenzy effect Cyberdemon have correct roar from Doom 3.
- In Black Edition options added new option "Auto reload". Now in game auto reload is disable. Option
made like in Doom 3. Player decides himself when need weapon reload and no. Also it's gives fast switch
between weapons and combine various attacks. For example shooting from Super Shotgun and fast
switch at Rocket Launcher.
- Added new death screen image.
- Duration of "Quad Damage" increased to 30 seconds (previously 20 seconds).
- Duration of "Haste" increased to 60 seconds (previously 30 seconds).
- Damage from all firearms of zombies (zombieman, sergeants, chaingunners) reduced about by 50%.
- Chaingunner continue fire some time in last position of player, also when player hiding.
- At heroic difficulty "DOOM" increased all types of healing effect at 100% (stimpack, medikit, soul
sphere and other).
- In menu added tooltips for all settings.
- Counters of stamina, collected souls and Demon Morph aligned at left side of screen (previously in
center).
- Fixed conflicts menu of Black Edition with some other mods.
- Added new type of player death from first person.
- Fall of hero on back and tilting head back (Camera looks at ceiling).
- When player falling from a big height plays one correct sound (previously player two sounds. First
sound of falling from small height and second sound of falling from big height).
- Fixed bug with sergeant's head in player hand (can't throw) after glory kill.
- Added new additional sound for Super Shotgun reload.
- Redesigned game menu with Zscripts. Now Black Edition with Zmenu.
- Edited some previous and added some new visual elements in gameplay.

Version 3.1a [UPDATE-Hotfix 28.01.2017]


Fixed some bugs in game. Most important: fixed critical bug with incorrect reload of pistol at last heroic
difficulty "DOOM" - lost all ammo after pistol reloading. Now pistol reloading works correct.

Version 3.1 [UPDATE 31.12.2016]


- Fixed all bugs in version 3.0. Balance, effects, graphics, sprites, sounds and other.
- Increased max ammo of Assault rifle to 250/500.
- Berserk effect. Hero takes at 65% less damage (previously 50%).
- Reduced BFG-9000 ammo in little pack to 30.
- BFG-9000 secondary fire. Delay between shots reduced by 50%. Required ammo reduced to 15. Added
area damage.
- Health and Armor bonuses disappear after 30 seconds (glory kills and soulcube).
- In game implemented realistic sprint and movement of hero.
- Sphere "Salvation". Increased minimal health to 15%. Increased duration to 90 seconds.
- Collected souls for Demon Morph no longer saved at next level.
- Soulcube. Required numbers of souls for activate Soulcube has been changed. 1 level: 25 souls, 2 level:
24 souls, 3 level: 23 souls, 4 level: 22 souls, 5 level: 20 souls.
- Health of all monsters increased additionally by 15%.
- Added system of armor weight. Depending on type and amount of armor, movement speed of hero
will change. Light armor (green): movement reduce at 10%, Combat armor (red): movement reduce at
15%, Heavy assault armor (blue): movement reduce at 20%, Siege armor (black): movement reduce at
25%. Also depending on armor type, maximum amount of stamina will change.
- Maximum amount of stamina increased to 700.
- Stamina restored faster if you stand and not walk.
- Added new system of footsteps. Sounds of footsteps has been edited. Deleted additional sound effect
when player walks - metal clang of ammunition. Slightly reduced volume. Bug fixed of footsteps at some
surfaces. Added footsteps settings in Black Edition options. If you want previous footsteps with meta
clang, please open folder "Optional addons for Black Edition - Alternate footsteps - PK_AFM.pk3" in
archive.
- Added two game modes. Tactical (Recommended) and Original BD. Tactical (Recommended): Stamina
system, realistic movement and sprint, system of armor weight and other. Original BD: Standard
movement. Strongly recommended used Tactical mode for full Black Edition balance and experience.
- Added new unique abilities of monsters. For example. Baron of Hell - charge and jump, zombies -
strafes and rolls, imps - climbing on ceilings, Demons (pinky) - charge. Archvile - summons on demons.
And all other.
- Added system of melee combat. New button (look customize controls). Press button faster and will be
more a series of melee attacks.
- Fists from Slot 1 has been deleted. Now available only when Berserk effect.
- Added new separate type of souls for Demon Morph. (2+ level of Soulcube).
- Slightly edited and increased bounce player and monsters from all explosives.
- BFG-9000 balance has been edited. By default as "Alternate" in options Black Edition. BFG-9000 deals
colossal damage, but required much more ammo. You can return standart balance in options BFG-9000.
- Added new screen effect curvature when shoot from BFG-9000.
- Added new fatality (glory kills) types in game.
- Added a lot of frames animations of monsters and other objects. For more smoother and nice
animations.
- Added new visual effects, particles and decals in game.
- Added new sprites of animations, sounds and other little details in game.

and also from all zombies. My idea is that this weapon should always be at hand.

- Added Stamina system. Maximum 500. Spent on various actions of player. Including sprint. When
stamina is over, player can't run, kick and throw grenades. When health below 25%, cost of stamina in 5
times more and not restored. When health is above 150% movement speed increased by 30%.

- New weapon-artefact in game: Soul Cube (Slot 0).
Allows you to collect souls of demons and charge artifact. Killing demons with help of artifact, hero
recovers some of his health and armor (falling bonuses).
Primary mode: Activation of Soul Cube and destruction of demon, which leaves bonuses.
Secondary mode: Soul Cube absorbs all souls of demons which are nearby (2 level of Soul Cube).
Soul Cube has a system of upgrades. Total 5 levels. When hero finds new Soul Cube - He upgrade
artefact level, increasing his characteristics and healing properties.
Soul Cube levels:
1 level.
Healing factor: 40% health and 10% armor. Maximum limit of restore health and armor: until 100%.
Activation requires: 20 souls.
2 level.
Healing factor: 60% health and 20% armor. Maximum limit of restore health and armor: until 115%.
Activation requires: 19 souls.
3 level.
Healing factor: 80% health and 30% armor. Maximum limit of restore health and armor: until 130%.
Activation requires: 18 souls.
4 level.
Healing factor: 100% health and 40% armor. Maximum limit of restore health and armor: until 145%.
Activation requires: 17 souls.
5 level.
Healing factor: 120% health and 50% armor. Maximum limit of restore health and armor: until 160%.
Activation requires: 15 souls.
After 2 level of Soul Cube hero gets ability to absorb souls and Morphing into Demon on some time.
Metamorphosis requires 66 souls. In Demon Morph hero have giant health, sees world in unique
another vision and destroy all demons on way. After the end of Demon Morph spread devastating wave
which blasts at peaces all demons around, hero takes his appearance and loses all his power: loses all
armor and only have 20% health.
Duration of Demon Morph depends on Soul Cube level:
2 level.
Duration: 15 seconds.
3 level.
Duration: 20 seconds.
4 level.
Duration: 25 seconds.
5 level.
Duration: 30 seconds.
Soul Cube can be found with 50% chance instead BFG-9000 at levels.

Added system of Glory Kills in game (based from DOOM 2016).
When health of monster below 10% or less, 50% chance he will be stunned for 10 seconds. Hero in
distance melee can make Glory Kill (button "Kick"), quickly finish him and restore 5% health. With Glory
Kills you can't restore more than 100% base health. For killing elite demons give additional armor bonus.
If stunned demon will not kill, after 10 seconds he restore some health. Glory Kills not works at Lost
souls.
Added special options of Glory Kills in Brutal Doom settings.
