Dear Customer,
Damage is something we would all like to avoid. Fortunately, you can be confident that the vehicle you’re about to drive
has been thoroughly checked for any signs of damage prior to pick up. This form highlights any existing chargeable
damage prior to your rental. It’s just our way of making the whole process as clear, quick and hassle-free for you as
possible.
▶ Important – While we have made every effort to identify all of the existing chargeable damage, please take the
time to verify the vehicle’s condition. In the unlikely event that some damage has been overlooked, please inform a
member of the team.
We’ll then approve any changes with you, and ask you to sign to confirm that you agree with the condition of the vehicle
before your hire period begins.
▶ Please Note – We’ll carry out an inspection of the vehicle when you return it to us. Any new damage found will be
charged according to the terms and conditions of your Rental Agreement.
