Provide understanding and acceptance of the TERMS and CONDITIONS of MANOR REVIEW CENTER REVIEW

PROGRAM for HYBRID / BLENDED / FACE TO FACE and PURE ONLINE SET UP!

The Reviewees agrees to the following:

1. The APRIL 2024 PHARMACISTS LICENSURE EXAM REVIEW is delivered HYBRID/ FACE to FACE
and PURE ONLINE ACCESS to the MANOR LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (contains recorded
video lectures and questions pool).
a. The REVIEW FEE will cover the following:
• Two sets of review materials.
• Access to the MANOR classroom (Asynchronous Lectures) upon enrollment in the LMS.
• Face to Face / Hybrid Review Program or Pure Online Set Up Review Program of your choice.
• Drills, Comprehensive exams, 1st Preboard exams, Final Coaching and Final Preboard Exams.

b. Should there be changes in the schedule of face-to-face classes, exams and rationale, due to weather
disturbances, sick calls from lecturers, technical problems in the venue and/or internet connectivity,
reviewees will be notified at least 3-4 days ahead of the original date.
c. Login credentials for the webcast and Manor's Learning Management System will be provided once
payment has been made (Full or Installment). A reviewee will be given three (3) days to submit proof
of payment and accomplished enrollment form upon submitting this enrollment form. Failure to do this
will cause cancellation of enrollment slot.
d. A reviewee must provide one email address. This email address will be used to create the login
credentials for the LMS. All communications will be sent to this email address including the ZOOM
meeting links for the webcast. -
e. Reviewees are not allowed to record the lectures during face to face or online review classes.
Reviewees are required to open their webcams when browsing the LMS. Reviewees are not allowed to
record, copy, or distribute any part of the webcast and all review materials uploaded in the LMS.
Reveiwees are not allowed to share their login credentials and webcast screen to anyone. Manor Review
Center reserves the right to terminate enrollment and access to both review platforms if a reviewee is
found guilty of these violations. Manor Review Center will also take necessary legal actions pertaining
to these violations.
f. All Latin Honors can avail a discount of 5,000 Php if not enrolled to any other review centers otherwise
discounts will not be applicable.
g. The review fee is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
2. For Online Access: All Manor Reviewees are responsible for securing reliable internet access especially
during online lectures and will not permit anyone not registered / enrolled to view lectures or attend the live
session via Zoom. Recorded videos will be provided on schedule for missed lectures under any
circumstances.
 3. Intellectual Property: All review materials are copyrighted and are intellectual properties of MANOR
Review Center. Manor Review center will not tolerate any unlawful reproduction and distribution of these
copyrighted materials.
4. Plagiarism: Manor Review Program requires reviewees to adhere to copyright laws and agrees to confirm
that no copyright review materials (published or unpublished) has been used, shared and distributed without
proper authorization.
5. Account Credentials: The Reviewee has the responsibility to protect and keep all MANOR assigned login
credentials private. The reviewee must use these credentials only for the access of Live Lectures,
Asynchronous and Synchronous Lectures and Exams in the Learning Management System.
IMPORTANT:
1. Download this terms and conditions by adding your name, school and your digital / electronic signature at
the bottom of the last page or write your name, school and sign at the bottom of the last page.
2. Email back the signed documents, Terms and Conditions, Payment/ Deposit slip, Latin honor certificate if
Latin enrollee as PDF copies to the email address of the branch coordinator in charge.
3. Refund as latin honor will only be given after the results of the board exam.
