Jagjivan Ram National Foundation Scheme for celebration of Birth Anniversary of Savitribai Phule
on Dated 3rd Jan 2024 at Galav Sabhagaar University Road Gwalior (M.P.) 474011.

Nandlal Bal Kalyan Samiti, have submitted the following documents along with application:

1. Application in the prescribed format.

2. Copy of registration certificate of organization.
3. Copy of memorandum of association and rules and regulations of the organization (in
case of NGO’s).
4. Annual report and copy of audited accounts for last two years.
5. A bond to the effect in case of violation of any of the conditions of the scheme. They
would be liable to refund the amount of grant and would be debarred from applying for
grant under any program of the foundation.

Based on the above, the proposal is recommended to Babu Jagjivan Ram National Foundation for
