Job Description

Reports to: GIS Platform Lead

Job title: Software Engg

Division/Department: GIS Work Location: Pune

PURPOSE: Contributing to a new feature roadmap that will enhance consumer experience, you might be debugging the
defects arising during project execution or you will have your hands dirty while developing a very complex alg. You will
most likely be working with the IoT Scrum Master on global projects and provide technical assistance to the cross
functional development and testing teams.

Work Experience -

● Good programming and logical skills.

● Working knowledge of any programming language.
● Solid understanding of Object-Oriented concepts.
 ● Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
● Ability to learn and implement new technologies quickly.
● Showing a high level of technical excellence that will drive new ideas and deliver outstanding (and well-tested)
code.
● Working knowledge in implementing query of database - Realm, SQLite, MySQL or SQL Server.

Key Deliverables

● Can coordinate with the Hardware/ Cloud Development Team to interface applications from both ends.
● Identify and escalate potential concerns related to project initiatives and recommend viable solutions.
● Create and provide daily/weekly status updates to a Development Manager overseeing the unit
● Stay current with technology and industry best practices to ensure that skill set/knowledge base remains broad.
