annual sales is $2 Billion.
Job Profile: Leading a team of 8 members for End-User Computing department and provide entire operational
support on SCCM, Asset Management, Software Re-Packaging and Global PC Image building. Manage Project for EUC
and additionally lead projects in other domains as and when required.

End-User Computing:

 Globally manage SCCM infrastructure for 900 Server and 10K PCs.
 Ensuring successful delivery of all operations and initiatives, for the best IT experience to the end-users.
 Interfaces frequently with partners in all areas of the organization to identify needs and ensure products and
services meet their needs.
 Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members and other IT Teams to achieve critical business
goals
 Maintain awareness of industry trends in EUC space for any relevant new technologies and frameworks
 Identify and implement improvements in EUC space by automating and benchmarking industry best practices
to provide a more effective and efficient end-user experience
 Take responsibility of delivering the committed SLAs for Incident Management, Problem Management &
Change Management requests for EUC domain.
 End-to-End Software Deployment which includes requirements gathering, package building, deployment and
reporting.

includes Patch Assessment, Testing, Production Roll-out and Reporting.

 Regularly monitor and report the KPI and Dashboard of EUC Services to ensure alignment with SLAs and

 Closely track high severity incidents for resolution within the SLA and maintain good quality standards of all
the tickets
 Manage staff scheduling to meet business goals including work assignments/ rotations, employee training,
employee vacations, and shift rotations.
 Coaching and mentoring of team members to optimize performance by documented action plans.
 Conduct quarterly and yearly performance reviews for the team members.

Digital Workspace Initiatives:

 Intune MDM: Build an infrastructure and process to securely manage Corporate and BOYD mobile devices
 MS Teams: Replace Skype for business (SfB) with modern collaboration tool
 MS OneDrive: Enable end-users to move their corporate data into OneDrive for seamless data access from
any device
 BitLocker: Implemented BitLocker on all corporate laptops to protect the data in the event of lost or stolen
 Windows Defender : Replace Symantec End-Point Protection (SEP) with Windows Defender

Operational Excellence:

 Enabling IT Infrastructure teams on LEAN & Six Sigma tools & methodologies to drive continuous
improvements
 Facilitating RCA’s for critical incidents, ensuring corrective actions are closed on time, lessons incorporated
and shared within teams to prevent the recurring issues

Project Management: As a PM, I was responsible for managing and delivering the projects belonging to EUC and
other areas with high quality and on-time delivery. Some of major projects are highlighted below:

 Windows 7/8.1 to Windows 10 migration: The scope for this project was to migrate 10000 PC’s to
Windows 10 O.S. Build 9 language images and tested on different HW model. Performed application
compatibility testing, UAT and production migration
 Office 365 upgrade for 3000 E1 users to E3: After purchasing additional 3000 E3 licenses, the project
scope was to upgrade MS Office 2010 Pro plus to MS Office 365 pro plus which includes Skype for Business
2016
 Network Equipment’s Replacement: This is a yearly activity to replace Out-of-Warranty network devices
which includes Router, Switches and Wireless Equipment’s.
 Global PC Replacement: Yearly activity to replace PC’s which are older than 4 years across the company.
PC’s will be replaced based on the priority in phases throughout the financial year.
 Silver Peak SDWAN Implementation: To replace Cisco Routers with SDWAN Routers across all the
locations to improve network performance and reduce operational cost.
 SCCM Current Branch Implementation: Migration from Symantec Altiris to SCCM current branch.
 Windows Defender Implementation. Migration from Symantec End-Point Protection (SEP) to Window
Defender
