Subject: Request for share certificate

Sir/Madam,
I would like to bring into your kind knowledge that Notice is hereby given to public at large that my
clients, ARUNA PRABHU GANGANI, is the owner of a Room No. 15, Swarajya Co-operative Housing
Society Limited, Plot No. 150, Sector I, RSC-15, Charkop, Kandavali (West), Bombay 400067 area
measured approx. 269 sq. ft.
In first Sale Deed the said Flat was purchased by MRS RATNAPRABHAKAR S. PATANKAR from
the seller ANAND BABURAO KEDARE, vide an Agreement for Sale dated 2nd day of December 1992
with Reg No. BOM/(WR)/HSG/(TO)/ 3507/1988-89 and in that first sale agreement buyer's name was
wrongly mentioned as ANANT BABURAO KEDARE instead of ANAND BABURAO KEDARE. In
whole other official record that name appear as ANAND BABURAO KEDARE, which is true & correct.
Hence the publication is given in two publications (NEWS HUB AND PRATHAKAL) to declare that the
differences of the names between ANAND BABURAO KEDARE and ANANT BABURAO KEDARE
may create confusion as to the identity of the person bearing the name, as such to dispel that confusion I
hereby assent and declare that in spite of the differences of the name between ANAND BABURAO
KEDARE and ANANT BABURAO KEDARE both are the name of the one and the same person,
please be noted.
This is to inform you that ARUNA PRABHU GANGANI is the owner of the property, As a part of the
process adding the final owner name is required in the share certificate.
Therefore, I request you to kindly issue the share certificate in my client’s name Who the current owner
of the said property and proceed for the formalities.
