AFFIDAVIT

The deponent named above do hereby state on solemn affirmation as


under:-

1. That the deponent is a citizen of India and residing on the above given
address i.e., R/o. Plot No. 60, Jai Durga Society, Near Hanuman Temple, Baba Farid
Nagar, Koradi Road, Mankapur, Nagpur – 440 030.

2. That the deponent states that, he is the owner and possessor of ALL THAT
PIECE AND PARCEL of land bearing Plot No. 69 admeasuring 148.644 Sq. Mtrs.
(1600.00 Sq. Ft.)/ 32ft x 50ft in the layout of Shri Sant Dyaneshwar Co-op.
Housing Society Limited, Nagpur in Khasra No. 169 & 172 Patwari Halka No. 11 of
Mouza – Zingabai Takli, City Survey No. 904 and Sheet No. 601/76 situated
Zingabai Takli, Nagpur within the limits of Nagpur Municipal Corporation and
Nagpur Improvement Trust, Nagpur/ NMRDA in Tehsil and District Nagpur.
3. That the deponent state that, Shri Sant Dyaneshwar Co-op. Housing Society
Limited, Nagpur through its President / Secretary sold Plot No. 69 admeasuring
148.644 Sq. Mtrs. (1600.00 Sq. Ft.)/ 32ft x 50ft to Sarfaraj Hussain S/o Hasan Ali
by Virtue of Sale deed dated 15/09/1982 which is duly registered in the Office of
Sub Registrar, Nagpur on even date at Sr. No. 5420(P), Volume 349, Pages 186 to
187, in Book No. 1. Thus Sarfaraj Hussain S/o Hasan Ali was became the absolute
owner and possessed of Plot No. 69 of Mz- Zingabai Takli.

4. That the deponent state that, Sarfaraj Hussain S/o Hasan Ali sold Plot No. 69
admeasuring 148.644 Sq. Mtrs. (1600.00 Sq. Ft.)/ 32ft x 50ft to Amit Rammurti
Chawla by Virtue of Sale deed dated 16/05/2001, which is duly registered in the
Office of Jt. Sub Registrar, Nagpur -4 on even date at Sr. No. 3270 Volume 620,
Pages 78 to 83, in Book No. 1. Thus, Amit Rammurti Chawla is became the
absolute owner and possessor of Plot No. 69 admeasuring 148.644 Sq. Mtrs.
(1600.00 Sq. Ft.)/ 32ft x 50ft of Mz- Zingabai Takli.

5. That the deponent state that, the aforesaid Sale deed dated 16/05/2001,
which is duly registered in the Office of Jt. Sub Registrar, Nagpur -4 on even date at
Sr. No. 3270 Volume 620, Pages 78 to 83, in Book No. 1 is missing from home and
not found even after the search.

6. That the deponent state that, he required for the purpose of sale deed.

Hence this affidavit.
