1. INTRODUCTION

Summarize the important or major pieces of information from the case. Identify which are the
facts, opinions and assumptions including a synopsis of the relevant information from the case.

2. DISCUSSION QUESTIONS:

In analyzing the case answer the following questions:

a. Who are the stakeholders? What are the interests and risks of those who are
affected?
b. How should Frakes manage the competing demands and concerns of the
stakeholders?
c. What is your decision, based on one or more ethical decision-making
frameworks?
d. What do you think your university’s objectives should be with respect to
academic dishonesty?

3. CONCLUSION

Summarize the key findings, insights and implications of the study. It serves as the final
opportunity to leave a lasting impression and provide a clear resolution or outcome to the case.
