I am writing this letter of recommendation on behalf of Mr. James Grant Cubol.

Grant has demonstrated numerous times in my class that he is an individual with a strong work ethic. Grant
respects and understands the importance of meeting deadlines and fulfilling commitments which is a trait that I
myself hold in high regard and is a trait that is highly valuable in our time.

Grant is able to demonstrate high levels of maturity and is able to behave accordingly with no disciple problems
whatsoever. While Grant has a very kind-hearted and introverted personality, he has the maturity level to take
things seriously when the situation demands it. For example, whenever Grant is participating in group activities,
he remains focused while at the same time collaborating with his peers in a positive manner which is a skill that is
very important not only in school but also in any work environment.

Grant is also a person who has a high level of resilience. When faced with a challenging obstacle, Grant tackles
the obstacle head on and doesn’t give up despite how difficult that obstacle may seem such as balancing his
academics with extracurricular activities. For example, Grant has been involved in Buckingham’s Black Student
Union and is the treasurer of Buckingham’s Express Club. He has also been involved with Buckingham’s choir
and has done several performances outside of school hours while also maintaining good grades in his classes.

Grant is also a person who is very selfless and humble. Grant is no stranger to doing things for others in his
community. Grant has been heavily involved with the Father’s House Ministry by helping elementary school
children, helping the elderly, and cleaning up communities as well. As a person who also engages in acts of
charity, this is a trait that I respect and admire in Grant.

Grant is also not afraid to get out of his comfort zone. Grant has demonstrated this in my class numerous times in
a variety of activities such as participating in public speaking activities and has made exponential progress
overtime which demonstrates Grant’s high level of adaptability.
