• Responsible for Break down and PPM jobs. Troubleshoots repairs and maintains Electrical
distribution systems MDB, SMDB, DB, ATS Panels, MCC Panels, CAP Bank Panels and
LCP panels including electric motors, electric controls.
• Installs, troubleshoots and repairs new equipment and systems, including all campus lights,
sculptural lights, fountains lights and programmable lighting controls,.
• Diagnosed and replaced defective drives switches and motors.
• Performed analysis of wiring diagrams drawings and circuits.
• Assists and serves as back up to other Facilities employees.
• Responds to routine and emergency calls for repairs and service.
• Maintains appropriate service and repair records.
• Laid out and installed electrical conduit and wiring for power, controls, and lighting.
• Assists in the writing of specifications for repairs and new construction.
• Perform commercial and residential wiring and mechanical repair.
