‘Ifyou guys are wondering that I have a tragic story then it’s not true.

Good evening everyone, my name is Anna.I have something more unique

than what the other speaker tell. My story invovles something more
intriguing and adventurous. So this how it went: my parents are
international oplympians and I want to follow their legacy by inspiring
people who want to be healthy, who doesn’t want to spend their money
on medication, not me ? Anyways, I did it for quite sometime to an
extent I wanted to create awareness by opening a programme to school
that want to do outdoor activities in order to stay healthy. Even people of
any age can join.

Now I know what you are wondering. How do you prepare yourself for
it? Well, I remember that I went to New Zealand ,it’s a fantastic place to
go guys, and I had a radio interview with Kevin. He asked me whether I
had a companion to assist me in my trail. I simply said no and his jaw
dropped like as if he saw George Washington. But if there was something
that I learnt through that experience is that you should carry a tracking
device, learn how to use the map and understanding the environment.
Kevin felt relaxed after I told him that and also asked if I train with my
backpack and I said ‘yes I do’ because personally, I believe that it is an
easier way of getting fitter because the weight of the bag is heavier
meaning that your muscles will be adapted to difficult terrains. But I
recommend that you stay on the same trail until to the end, trust me.

But in general, I am still grateful for my supporters for helping me in

overcoming that challenge. I was grateful to Kevin letting me to share my
New Zealand adventure to the world and for giving me advice. After that
experience I felt confident that I will do it in different place. But New
Zealand is one of my favourite places to be in and I think everyone
should go and see the beautiful landscape. Thank you and have a blessed
night
