Sub: Introduction of New Dealer Parts Operations System ( DPOS )

Dear Sir / Madam,

We thank you for your continuous support & co-operation towards MOBIS India in
Hyundai Genuine Parts and Accessories Business and we hope you will continue to
extend co-operation in all fronts to MOBIS in India in the years to come.

After the business transfer agreement was signed, we started the parts business in
Mobis India Limited from May 1, 2007. We had clearly stated our plans for India in the
Pattaya Conference. Being a highly specialized outfit in the Parts & Accessory
Business, we believe we have a lot to offer the deserving dealer & discerning customer,
through planned infrastructure development, modern & innovative logistics practices for
excellence in customer service and last but not the least, through highly effective &
technologically software & hardware systems to run the day-to-day operations to
provide the right part, at the right time , right quantity, rightly packaged to reach the
customer on time, every time… This dream will become closer to reality in August 2008,
when we will launch the Dealer Parts Operation System (DPOS) in all dealerships
across India.

Some of the features of this world class DPOS system are :

1. New system is based on latest technology for increased speed

2. Transfer of parts from one main dealership to other main dealership where
ownership is same
3. Dealers can share their information on non moving parts with each other
4. Real time order status – helps to plan effective ordering and minimized inventory
5. MIL Claim Submission through system and status can be checked online Etc.

For familiarization purpose, we are conducting training programs across the country as
per the calendar mentioned below. As only screen shots are being shown, a few dealers
have been summoned for the program. Once the full system is ready for operations, all
the dealers will be called for a training session in detail.
