INT. HARRISON HIGH SCHOOL, ROOM 107 - NIGHT
Room 107 is dark and empty. At the other end of the room,
LILLY is also fast asleep in a bean bag chair. Lilly tosses
and turns and eventually stirs awake. She looks around with a
puzzled look on her face.
LILLY
Where... am I?
She continues to look around and realizes she's in her fourth
period dramatic writing class. Lilly makes her way to the
door of the class, just to find that it is locked. After
examining the dark room for a while, she notices another
person in the corner.
She slowly makes her way to the corner of the room. She
shines her phone flashlight at the mysterious person on the
rug. Lilly gasps as she realizes she's locked in the same
room as her arch nemesis, RACHEL. The bright light causes
Rachel to stir awake.
RACHEL LILLY (CONT'D)
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
After a minute they eventually stop screaming and stare at
each other in disbelief.
RACHEL (CONT'D)
Where am I? What time is it? Wow,
Lilly I knew you hated me, but I
never thought you would kidnap me!
LILLY
Oh shut up, Rachel. God, this is
why I've always hated you. You such
an idiot.
RACHEL
Okay, jerk. So then where are we?
LILLY
Uh look around. We're in fourth
period. We must've both fallen
asleep or something.
RACHEL
What a nightmare.
Rachel gets up and walks to the door of the class. She
jiggles the handle and starts to panic when she realizes the
door is locked.
2.

LILLY
Don't you think I've already tried
that?
RACHEL
I don't know, you're pretty stupid.
LILLY
Okay, well arguing isn't going to
get us out of here.
RACHEL
Then what do you suggest?
LILLY
Break down the door.
RACHEL
We can't just break down the door.
LILLY
Yes. You can break down the door.
RACHEL
Why do I have to break it down. You
break it down.
LILLY
Fine.
RACHEL
Fine.

Rachel backs up a few steps from the door and runs as fast as
she can toward it. The door doesn't budge.
LILLY
Mhm. Well that's surprising.
RACHEL
Okay, very funny. Let's try and
find the key or something.
Lilly and Rachel began searching for the key in all the
drawers of the desk. After a few minutes of searching, Rachel
stares at the door.
LILLY
Um, hello? You're not helping?
RACHEL
Let me get on your back.
3.

LILLY
I'm sorry?
RACHEL
Stand by the door. I'm going to get
on your shoulders.
LILLY
Haha. You're funny. Not gonna
happen.
RACHEL
Do you want to get out of her or
not.
LILLY
You get on my nerves.
Reluctantly, Lilly struggles to balance Rachel on her
shoulders. After getting steady, Rachel breaks the glass of
the window above the door. Carefully, she shimmies through
the small opening, and drops down to the other side of the
door, leaving Lilly being the only person in Room 107.
RACHEL
Wow. I can't believe that worked.
LILLY
Okay now let me out.
RACHEL
Mhm.
LILLY
Rachel this isn't funny. Let me
out.
RACHEL
Mhm. I don't know. You've been my
arch nemesis for sixteen years. I
have a lot of power here.
LILLY
Leave me in here I swear to God-
RACHEL
You'll what?
LILLY
LET. ME. OUT.
RACHEL
I mean, you did steal my man.
4.

LILLY
What? What are you talking about?
RACHEL
Second grade. Billy Bob. You stole
him away from me.
LILLY
Okay, very funny. Let me out.
RACHEL
You know, I never really got over
that trauma. Maybe you should stay
in there and really think about how
that might have affected me.
LILLY
You can't be serious. There's no
way you're gonna leave me in here.
RACHEL
What can I say? I'm a woman with a
grudge.
LILLY
I hate you, Rachel. I hate you.
There's silence after Lilly finishes speaking.
LILLY (CONT'D)
Rachel? Rachel? I was just joking I
don't hate you.
But Rachel had already left.
