1. Install the RNDIS driver (32- or 64-bit) on your PC.
(available on FGE FTP-Server)
2. Note:
Please check after installation of the driver, if

the web server is shown in Device Manager of
Windows.

3. Connect the web server to the power supply and the USB
port. The web server must be connected to the PC via a
USB cable.
4. After connecting cables, you will see the following luminous

7. Select Advanced -> Network -> Settings

After, you can close all windows by
click „OK“ and „Apply“

10. If a security hint occurs: This has to be confirmed by „I know the risk“.

11. Window will more open and click at „Add exeptions“. Afterwars will pop up new window.
Please, continue with „Confirm security exception rule“. You‘ll automatically forward.

13. To log-in to webinterface at first

time, fill in into empty fields:
Username: Administrator
Password: Password
14. In the further course menu it is

required to change the password.
Even the language.
Save your Username and

Password for future logins!

15. The following screen will be shown.
16. Open the menu "Home" and select from the menu on the left the web server his self. Thereafter, the sub-item
"Device information". It should be installed the latest version of firmware. Version 5.20 or higher.
> Note: Current version of the "system definition" is on FTP server of FGE available.
If it is not the latest version, please go to page 25 - 27.

17. Please, check also the “System definition". These can be found on the menu at the top "File Transfer" ->
"System definition" in left menu bar. Version of "system definition" should be 2.11.1 or higher.
For RVS21-C/D/E use version 2.11.

For RVS21-F use version 2.12
If it is not the latest version, please go to page 27 - 30.

18. Inside of the control box of ATW indoor unit, web server is to connect to plug X86 (green) on port 1 & 2.

19. At web server, cables must be connect to port 2 & 3
Attention, do not mix cables:
Siemens Controller Port 1 = web server port 2

Siemens Controller Port 2 = web server port 3
20. At least connect power supply and Ethernet connection to web server.

Set „Device web page“
1. In upper menu, choose „“Device web pages“ and click „Add“
2. If you have some web server, you can give them device numbers and click „OK“
3. After a short time the progress is finished. Click „OK“

4. Now, please generate the Device web page. Set a hook and click „Generate“.

1. Afterwards, please switch to the menu „Home“ and click at controller in left menu.

Next step is to create a plant diagramm. Therefore click „New“.

5. In new window you have the possibility to make settings for the individual datapoints. To choose a datapoint please
click at the pencil.

6. In new window choose the controller and a list with all parameters pop up, from where you can select your favorit
datapoint. Please select one. It will take over automatically.

7. In the box „Datapoint adress“ is shown your select datapoint from the list. Continue with „OK“.

8. On the blanc plant diagramm now is shown your selected datapoint. To add more datapoint repat the procedere . If
you finished selecting of datapoint, click „OK“ to apply them.

9. Short moment after click „OK“, behind the datapoint will shown the live status of this datapoint. It will take some seconds by
receiving data.
In this area you can sort your datapoints to a group or to an uploaded plat diagramm.

Upload a picture or an plant diagramm
1. Like on page 20 you have to click the „pencil“ at the right side. A new window pop up. Click again at the „pencil“ and you can
choose your plant diagramm or another background picture (only in .gif, .jpg, .png, .htm/.html). Click „Open“ to upload it.

Update „Firmware“ of web server (if it is not version 5.20)
1. If not, it is necessary to record the web server first with the latest firmware
The following steps must be followed:
1. Remove USB cable/connection and the front cover

2. After start-up of webserver he shows a green lightning LED
3. Press both buttons together and at the same time for
minimum 5 seconds. LED will turn off
4. After turning off LED remove the power supply of web server
5. Release both buttons
6. Put in the power supply of web server
2. - The device will delete the current firmware

- After the green LED begins flashing again, disconnect and reconnect the power supply
- The device will reboot and you will see the following luminous LED‘s:
3. Now, web server can be updated to new firmware. Continue with next step.

4. For this purpose, start the Firmware Update Tool V2.1a and select the firmware file
OZW672_V5.20.fmwz . Click "Start Update". The latest firmware is uploaded.

6. You will find this information at your screen during installation.
7. After the update you will get this pop-up.
8. After successfully update, disconnect the device from the power supply and restart it through reconnect to
power supply. It turns again following picture. Web server is ready now. Please log in again via Mozilla
Firefox (Step 12).

Update „System definition“ of web server
1. Is the existing version lower, please update these as follows:

Click at „Update“ and choose the .sysdef file.
Note: Current version of the "system definition" is on FTP server of FGE available.
Please refer to next page for detailed information about file name and storage place.

Setup Climatrix IC Cloud
Climatix IC is a web-based remote servicing system which allows analysis and maintenance any time anywhere. All
important process data are gathered continuously and saved automatically to a central or local storage. The data
gives you a decisive lead regarding know-how – ideal for sustainable business.
1. Open your Browser and go to https://www.climatixic.com/
2. Click at Sign up
3. Enter your email address and the activation key into the mask and accept the terms. New activation key you find
into and onto carton box on a small label or into software of webserver e.g.:

4. After click “Sign up” the registration will be done and you get the massage below. After go back to start page an
click “Sign in”.
Registration – Create new account
Account successfully registered. For a new account, an email and

your address will be sent. Select the link to enter your password.
Otherwise, log in with your account.

5. Check your mail account and click at the address https://www.climatixic.com/

Fill in your mail adress and generated password and click Sign in.
6. You will be called upon to change your password to an own one. After, you will forwarded to the start page of
climatixic.

7. At this mask, you can fill in your personal data and change the name of web server for example.
Important: Please, click at „Activate“ to set your web server online within the cloud.

Create new user account
1. In case, that more than one user shall have access to the web server, you can add user e.g. only state view.
2. In this case it is necessary that you have a Account at the Synco IC platform.
Login and got to “Administration” Choose your established plant
You get an overview about the user of your plant and the authorization of each one.
For new user click at “Add user”

3. Fill in the mail address of new user and choose the authorization of him. Finish this step by click at “Save”.
The new user will get a mail where he will be informed about his new account and login data. His acces data are
the mail address and a generated password. He can access also about a link in this mail.
