 The ASA Selvaraj Industrial spinning mill limited commences spinning

operation in the year 1995 with an installed capacity of 30000 spindles.

 The company had gone for major expansion spinning during 2007 at

Vandavasi with an installed capacity of 11400 spindles

 Knitting division started in the year 2009 is located in Coimbatore started

with 52 machines now expanded to 100 machines capacity of 20tone of

grey knitting fabric.

 The weaving division started in the year 2009 located in Coimbatore,

Tamil Nadu has an installation of 135 Sulzer and 18 Sulzer projectile

wider with looms, in a working space of 2.2 lakh sq.feel with production

capacity of 7.5 lakh mtrs per month.

 Processing division started in the year 2011 with capacity of 12 Tons of

various knitted fabric processing.

 Garments division started in the year 2011 with capacity of producing 1.5

million places per year under the name of fashion threads .

 Garments division expanded in the year 2015 with capacity of 4.5 million

pieces per year under the name of aces apparels.

The Organization is established in the year 1986 to produce twisting yarn
and PP Tapes. It fulfills the domestic and part of overseas demand.

SPINNING MACHINE

 Unit – 1 with an installed capacity of 30000 spindles which produces

around 16 tons of cotton yarn per day.
 Unit – 2 with an installed capacity of 1, 14000 spindles which produce
around 41 tones capacity yarn for knitting and weaving.
 The main raw material for the spinning process is ginned cotton will be
available in bales of 170 kgs/ bale
WEAVING MACHINE

 Weaving unit is located near Coimbatore, Tamilnadu, in a working space

of 2.2 lakhs sq feed it specializes in manufacturing wider-width fabric up
to 140 inches in the 500 TC to 1000 TC range
 We have 135 Sulzer wider width jumbo looms and 14 sulzer air jet
looms, especially capable of producing ultra – fine count fabric in narrow
/ wider- width
 We produce with 24 and 8 pick insertion with maximum warp density of
110 ends / cm (280 end /inch) with wrap counts up to 100 Ne
 Currently 18 dobby looms have been specially modified for ultra –fine
count weaving which are also in wider – width formats
 85 jumbo looms capable of producing joint less rolls of 3000 meters in
length specifically meant for industry textiles.
