Task Discussed: Finalizing our Questionnaire and reviewing our final CBR task.
Progress since last meeting:

1. Calculated the sample size for both faculty and students.

2. Found different credible questionnaires online to use as a reference.
3. Constructed our questionnaire according to the aims of our research.

Main Discussion points:

1. To reference our method of calculating the sample size

2. Fix terminologies used in the questionnaire, such as clinical tutor --->medical
tutor.
3. Modify the Likert scale by adding (yes / no) options.
4. The answers collected from the participants should be demonstrated as a
percentage.

Agreed tasks/objectives for next meeting:

1. To attach our reference for calculating the sample size

2. To fine tune the terminologies used in the questionnaire to elevate Its quality
3. Adding yes/ no options
