    On October 20th, a security driver lost control of his pickup vehicle due to overspeeding and rolled it over 10 kilometers from the security camp while transporting two other security workers to an oil rig site.     Accident Description

    On 20th October, around 15:00, a local security


    driver was going towards rig site with two
    security peoples in Pickup vehicle. Due to over
    speeding driver lost control of the vehicle and
    rolled over at a distance of 10 kilometers from
    security camp towards rig site, damaging front,
    hood, roof deformation(pillars buckling) ,front
    glass, fenders and both windows of the vehicle,
    with no injuries to all three security people

    Why did it happen? Correct Actions


    Immediate Causes
    ➢ Pre-employment placement
    ➢ Overspeed driving causes vehicle
    to lose control and overturn qualification checks
    Underlying Causes ➢ Provide revaluation & driving
    ➢ Operating at improper speed in assessment to the parties involved
