BLOOD COOKER BY STEAM

Description:

The treatment and use of blood in all slaughterhouses is a problem

that can be easily solved thanks to this type of equipment since, with
its cooking, the water is separated from the protein and fat. This allows
its later use for other industries.

Slaughterhouse blood is a serious problem, since if it is released into

the sanitation network, it can causes significant contamination and
problems in the treatment plant, in case the water is purified in the own
slaughterhouse. If the blood is collected, it must be stored for its
subsequent treatment in liquid form, which requires storage,
refrigeration and a control system that allows eliminating the batch
that, for certain reasons, is discarded by veterinarians.

This is why these equipment are essential in any slaughterhouse, with

the purpose of either to remove all the blood or to eliminate discarded
batches.

The machine proceeds to cook or dry the blood, turning it into a blood
protein meal with a humidity of 40%, which allows easy storage,
transport and even use for animal feed or fertilizers.

Technical Data:

 Made of AISI 304 stainless steel

 Driven by Bonfiglioli gear motor
 Steam system by vacuum break valves
 Steam injection through the ½ inch tube circuit with multiple
outlets
 Blood churning system using stainless steel paddles and shaft
with fuse to avoid fatigue in the gearbox.
 Flour outlet door with opening and closing by means of two
pneumatic cylinders Φ 40
 Electrical protection and control panel in accordance with the
European standard
 Possibility of automating the filling and cooking process if another
cooker or a tank is installed in parallel
 Cycle time: one hour
