Mr. JAS (DOB: 17.06.1992) Karta of party of the First Part,

Mrs. KINJ (DOB: 02.11.1992) wife of JAS P, party of the Second Part,

Mr. MIRANSH (DOB: 17.07.2018) Son of JAS P party of the Third Part,

JAS HUF came into existence on and from 17TH OCTOBER, 2020, with mutual agreement orally,
amongst the members including Karta of the HUF.

JAS POPATBHAI JASANI created a HUF consis�ng the par�es stated hereinabove describing, the First
part is Karta, Second part is his wife, Third part and fourth part are their sons/ daughter and JAS
Popatbhai Jasani as being the eldest male member of the family became the Karta of the joint family
under the name and style of JAS

Accordingly the par�es hereto have mutually agreed as under:

1. That the par�es are member and co-parceners of their joint and undivided Hindu family, the party
of the first part being the karta of the second part is wife and third and fourth parts are their
children.

2. That the par�es hereto as members of their joint and undivided Hindu family have to do business
as per mutual decision amongst members.

3. That the par�es hereto are all en�tled for equal share in the profit or loss of the business of HUF.

4. The business would be carried on at The Karta of the H.U.F. Mr. JAS popatbhai jasani is hereby
authorized to manage the en�re affairs of H.U.F. maters including opening and opera�on of bank
account/s with any bank or Financial Ins�tu�on.

5. That all the movable and immovable assets of the family under the name and style of JAS shall be
owned jointly by the members of the HUF.

6. That the Par�es have also assured and agreed to allow the peaceful and uninterrupted possession
and enjoyment of the proper�es purchased in the name of any member of the HUF but behalf of the
HUF and to have proper muta�on thereof in the government records.

7. That the party have also assured and agreed that any property of HUF sold by any member of the
HUF shall be treated as sale on behalf the HUF.

8. That the par�es hereto expressly agree and declare that they have arrived at this family setlement
in order to put an end to exis�ng and future disputes between the par�es and with a view to bring
about harmony in the family and to maintain amity and goodwill of the family.

9. That the par�es further declare that the terms of the family setlement so arrived at between
them are fair, bonafide and in the interest of all the par�es.

10. That the par�es shall sign and execute all such documents deeds wri�ng and conforma�on as
may be necessary to give effect to this family setlement.

11. That the par�es have assured each other that assets of the HUF under the name and style of JAS
are to be divided equally among the par�es to this agreements at the �me of par��on of the said
HUF.

12. That the liabili�es found to be payable in respect of the family business or taxes on the property
or income shall be shared equally by the par�es if the same are required to be paid up to the date of
this agreement.

13. That the original copy of this deed shall remain in the custody of Mr. JAS with whose effort this
setlement is arrive at and the cer�fied copy thereof will be given to each party. Mr. JAS has agreed
that the original shall be produced by him before the governments and other authori�es whenever
requested by the par�es.

14. That the JAS is en�tled to borrow money from banks or financial ins�tu�ons or raise funds from
the market for carrying on the business of the JAS on such terms and condi�ons which are beneficial
to the JAS a�er the par�es unanimously agree to do so and the same shall be binding upon all the
par�es. However no par�es shall raise any loan in the name of the JAS for his personal use and in
case he does so he/she none shall be responsible for the repayments and interest thereon if any
