Challenge specifications & Rules:

Introduction
The IAS Annual Meeting is a congress dedicated to industrial enthusiasts. It aims to provide a
unique opportunity for participants to widen their professional network with engineers and experts
in the technological fields. This congress is an occasion for students from all Tunisian IAS student
branch chapters, young professionals, and even senior IEEE IAS members to meet, exchange their
knowledge about industry, learn further details about IEEE technical & professional activities, and
apply the IEEE IAS goals in Tunisia

Challenge Description
This challenge consists of a presentation of IEEE IAS and a competition between the IAS Tunisian
Student Branch chapters.
During this competition, all eligible IAS Student branch chapters will have the opportunity to briefly
present their activities during 2022/2023 and their proposal to organize the 4th edition of IEEE IAS
Tunisia Annual Meeting.

deliverables
The proposal should have the following structure:

· SBC Presentation containing the following:

· list of 2022/2023 officers and the advisor of the chapter, sbc@ieee.org …
· SBC Activities from May 1,2022 to May 31,2023.
· SBC Vision for the next Tunisia Annual Meeting (venue and accommodation, suggested
program, preliminary budget, etc...).

Eligibility:

In order to be able to participate to this non-technical challenge, the IAS SBC should fulfill the
following conditions:

1. The SBC officers should be reported under: http://officers.vtools.ieee.org/

2. The SBC should have at least 2 events during 2022 reported under:
http://events.vtools.ieee.org/

3. The SBC should have an updated website.

4. The SBC should submit the form by May 28th, 2023 at 11:59 PM

5. The SBC should upload a 10 slides PowerPoint presentation in the form (5 minutes during
the presentation + 3 minutes Q&A).

6. (Optional Bonus) The SBC is encouraged to create and submit in the form a 1 minute Video
illustrating their vision for hosting the next Tunisia Annual Meeting, you can be as creative and
expressive as you like.

7. (Optional Bonus) The SBC is encouraged to have a graduate student member / YP member
from their SB present in this edition
