T-SHIRT DESIGN CONTEST

General Guidelines:

1. Participants must be officially enrolled under the Accountancy Program of Negros

Oriental State University, First Semester of the Academic Year 2021-2022.
2. The T-shirt Design Competition is an official activity of the organization. Hence, all
JPIANs of the university are encouraged to participate in the said event.
3. Failure to abide by the specific guidelines of the competition means a 3-point deduction
in the participant's overall score.
4. Violent, vulgar, depraved, repulsive, obscene, or indecent materials or foul words will
reduce the participant's overall score.
5. The competition will have a set of judges. The decision of the judges is final and
irrevocable.
6. The platform to be used is Facebook (for reactions).
7. Following the IATF guidelines, face-to-face meetings related to the competition are
strictly prohibited.

Submission Guidelines:

1. The outputs must be submitted to officialnorsujpia@gmail.com using the format below.

2. Participants must submit all outputs before August 31, 2021, at 11:59 pm. Facilitators
will disqualify any works submitted after the said time frame.
3. Participants must submit the outputs in a .png file format.
4. The facilitators reserve the right to monitor and screen entries before approval for
submission. By joining, the participant acknowledges that the entry may be posted on
NORSU JPIA's Facebook page and group.

Posting and Reaction Guidelines:

1. Facebook is the official platform to be used in posting all the outputs submitted.
2. Submitted outputs will be posted to the official NORSU JPIA group and page.
3. Reactions will be counted as part of the tabulation of the event.
4. Like, Heart, Care, and Wow reacts are only allowed.
5. The voting period will be from September 1 to September 3, 2021, at 11:59 pm.
6. Only NORSU JPIANs are allowed to vote and can only vote once. Any JPIAN who voted
more than once will result in the disqualification of their vote altogether.
Tabulation Guidelines:

1. The Official Tabulation shall be designed by the Commission of Audit to be approved by

the Bachelor of Science in Accountancy Chairperson.
2. The official tabulators of the T-shirt Design Competition shall be composed of the
organization's Commission of Audit. Thus, members of the auditing commission are
prohibited from joining the event.
3. Only the official tabulators are allowed to compute the results of the event.
4. All results shall be tabulated immediately after September 3, 2021. Facilitators will post a
video record of the whole tabulation process.
5. Anyone who had observed violations must duly support the mentioned breach before it is
considered valid.
6. Scores for tabulation will come from the judge's official sheet and the total number of
valid reactions on the official Facebook group post.

Design Guidelines:

1. Design must include both the front and back parts of the T-shirt.
2. Participants must submit the layout on at least three different T-shirt colors.
3. Participants must have the official and the updated NORSU JPIA logo.
4. The Academic year 2021-2022 must be incorporated into the design. The number 2021
alone is also allowed.
