Disbursment of the Sanctioned

30 DEC. Grant Amount will be transferred
to Selected NGOs through NEFT

Que: On Which date should I Visit?
Ans: Any of the Date According to Your Jouney either 17th
Dec. 2023 or 18th Dec. 2023.
Que: Is it a Residential Program?
Ans: No. It's not a Residential Program. You will have a 15
minutes Appointment Frame to Submit Your Proposal.
Que: Can I Visit Vanue with my Staff or Collegue?
Ans: Yes. You may visit with your Office Staff. But. Single
Person will be allowed with the Panelist Team.
Que: Is there any Charge to Book Appointment?
Ans: No. There is no Charge to Book Appointment.
Que: Is there any Charge to Submit Grant
Proposal Application?
Ans: No. There is no Charge to Submit your Grant
Application.
Que: Will I Receive a Grant Definetly?
Ans: No. The Organizer doesn't claim fro any Successful
Grant Disbursment. Sanction or Refusal of the Grant
Proposal is Subject to the Documentation/Experience/
Budget/ T&C of Funding Agencies/ Your Candidature/
Project Profile & other various Factors.
Que: Will I have to pay after successful Approval
of my Grant Proposal?
Ans: No. There is no Charge in case of Approval Also.
Que: I am coming from other state. Can I stay
there to take rest of my Journey?
Ans: No. There is no facility for Accomodation or Food.
You will have to arrange it Yourself to Take Rest.

Que: If I am late from the Fixed Appointment
Time, Can I Submit my Grant Application there?
Ans: No. No Any Person will be entertained after fixed
time Slot.
Que: Can I Submit the Grant Application Online
or Via Registered Post/Courier?
Ans: No. Online Submission are not Allowed. Only In-
Person Applications will be entertained.
Que: Can I send any other Person to Submit
Grant Proposal Application?
Ans: No. Only Governing Body Members/ Executive
Commeette Members (Name Available in Darpan
Registration) will be allowed as Representative Authority.
Que: Will I receive any TA/DA for this camp?
Ans: No. Organizer is not responsible for any kind of
expences during your Visit to this Camp.
Que: Will I have a Chance to meet Funding
Agency/ Representative of the CSR Company?
Ans: No. Visit/Availability of any Respective Funding
Agency/Representatives of the Funding agency is subject
to their interest. Organizer Doesn't claim for the same.
Kindly Don't transact in any manner. Only you will be
responsible for any kind of transaction made with anyone
in the name Submission/Appointment/Sanction of Grant
Proposal.
Kindly Don't Carry Orginal Documentation during the visit
in this Camp. Organizer will not be responsible for any kind
of Damage/Loss of Documentation during your Journey/
Visit in this Camp.
