All these contribute to the realization of one of the matatag agenda which is G to give support to the
teachers.

3. We encountered a lot of challenges especially during the pandemic wherein there is a shift from
conventional face to face to virtual and remote modality. Conflict in schedule especially when our
planned activity is rescheduled due to insertions of activity cascaded from the Central Office.

4. Monitoring and Evaluation. Feedbacks becomes our basis for improvement. Included annual financial
plan. We also conducted a continuing Enhancement program for DNO Pool of Trainers

5. What are the roles of different stakeholders in HRD in public schools?

- Financial Support

-Province- Very supportive (R&R and Scholarship)

-NEAP, SEAMEO, ABC+

6. Professional Development is part of the Quality Pillar of the DEDP. Division Education Development
Plan(DEDP) also Professional Development

7. How is HRD being used to improve the quality of education in the division? HRD is the driving force to
produce competent and quality personnel (Teachers and Non-Teaching) through upskilling and reskilling
and it is believed that quality teachers produce also quality learners.

8. How is HRD being used to promote professional development for teachers and staff?
Implementing body of professional development. We also collaborate with Curriculum and tRaining
Division with their Professional Development Programs.

9. How is HRD being used to create a positive and supportive work environment?

The Human Resource Development Section collaborated with the SHNU Section to come up with a
Concept Idea titled HEALTHY ME! HAPPY ME! that targets the eight (8) dimensions of health and
wellness (physical, intellectual, emotional, financial, environmental, occupational, social, and
spiritual) to ensure that their welfare and well-being is well taken care of. Fortunately, said
Concept Idea was approved hence, this proposal for spiritual wellness.

10. How is HRD being used to build capacity for innovation and change?

We implement programs related to innovation.


11. How is HRD being used to measure and evaluate its impact?

Based on Kirk Patrick Models. Work Action Plan, and Reentry Action Projects.
