TENDER NOTICE FOR SUPPLY OF UNIFORMS IN LIEU OF PC-1 TITLED

STRENGTHENING POINTS OF ENTRY (POES) OF PAKISTAN AND DIRECTORATE OF
CENTRAL HEALTH ESTABLISHMENTS, ISLAMABAD DURING THE YEAR 2020-2021

Sealed Bids (Single stage - Two Envelope procedure) are invited for supply of Uniforms from

Manufacturers, Authorized Dealers and General Suppliers. Total Number of Uniforms required

are 320. Supply Stations are the Directorate Headquarters, Islamabad (34 Nos), Airport Health

Establishments at Lahore (22 Nos), Islamabad (22 Nos), Karachi (22 Nos), Peshawar (22 Nos),

Faisalabad (22 Nos), Sailkoat (22 Nos), Multan (22 Nos), Port Health Establishment, Kemari (22

Nos), Bin Qasim (22 Nos), Health Checkpost Wahga (22 Nos), Taftan (22 Nos), Torkhum (22

Nos) and Sost (22 Nos). Prescribed Tender forms with Terms & Conditions along with list of

required tender documents can be obtained from Directorate of Central Health Establishment,

Islamabad on payment of Rs. 500/- (Non-Refundable) from 02 nd April 2021 to 16th April 2021

during the office hours. The Tender will be accepted upto 16 th April 2021 (01:00 pm) at the

Directorate of Central Health Establishments, Islamabad. The Tender will be opened on the same

day i.e. 16th April 2021 at 03:00 pm at the Directorate of Central Health Establishments,

Islamabad in the presence of bidders or their representatives available at that time. The Director,

Directorate of Central Health Establishments, Islamabad, reserves the right to accept or reject any/

all tenders as a whole or in part in accordance with the PPRA Rules.
