National Conference

Need volunteers to:
 Set up and tear down the booth before and after the conference.
Discussion
 Prepare drinks and snacks for attendees.
 Man the booths for a 3-hour shift, from 9:00 till 5:00 pm.
Because the National Conference for this organization is being held in our city next spring, we need to have members
who are
Committed to helping with the activities expected of a host chapter.
Conclusions
A sign-up sheet will be created online and members should begin to select times when they will be available
for conference activities
