WEAKNESS
W1: High cost of store – The shop needs to responsible with the cost of store rent
and bills of electric.
W2: Limited time operation during MCO - Regarding in pandemic COVID-19 and
Movement Control Order (MCO) situation, all the shop need to close the store earlier
than usual.

THREATS
T1: High competition of mobile phone and accessory market - Need to compete to
other competitors with the same market around the store.
T2: Easy access on competitor store - This will give advantage to their competitors
because the product they selling can get easily everywhere.

One of the ways we may reach our target market is by promoting our shop on social
media or online platform. Installing a banner or sign board to raise brand awareness
among customers about our business and the products that will be offered. We can
