 STRENGTH

S1: Easily accessibility location -The location in the centre of Changloon is strategic
area that easily give accessibility for customer among community.

S2: Product variation - The shop will provide variety of product such as variety of
mobile phone brand and mobile phone accessories.

S3: Quality personalize - All the product provided in the shop are high product
quality from trusted brand.

 WEAKNESS

W1: High cost of store – The shop needs to responsible with the cost of store rent
and bills of electric.

W2: Limited time operation during MCO - Regarding in pandemic COVID-19 and
Movement Control Order (MCO) situation, all the shop need to close the store earlier
than usual.

 OPPORTUNITIES

O1: Large customer base – There have large customer base among community,
students and staffs from UUM that stay near the store at Changloon.

O2: Market volume demand trend – During current situation of COVID-19,


primary and secondary school students also will need a mobile phone for home-based
teaching and learning (PdPR).

 THREATS

T1: High competition of mobile phone and accessory market - Need to compete to
other competitors with the same market around the store.

T2: Easy access on competitor store - This will give advantage to their competitors
because the product they selling can get easily everywhere.

2. 4P’s (Product, Price, Place and Promotion)


 PRODUCT
The product that will be offered is a mobile phone and its accessories. There are
multiple types of brand options for mobile phones and accessories to be sold, such as
Samsung, iPhone, Xiaomi, Remax, and others. All the product provided in the shop
are high product quality from trusted brand. This is intended to cater the customers'
interests and demands while they are in the store.
 PRICE
The price set for each product's offer is affordable for customers to purchase. In
comparison to other competitors who operate in nearby areas, we provide a good
value of money to customer. Customers may purchase a phone within their budget
range and able to negotiate for the price they want.
 PLACE
Customers will be able to purchase the products we sell straight from the store that
will open in Changloon. This location was chosen because there aren't many retailers
in the region that offer the products we provide. Since it is a pandemic and people are
restricted from moving and stores are closed, we utilize online sales methods to make
it easy for customers to receive their products and help us to boost sales.
 PROMOTION

One of the ways we may reach our target market is by promoting our shop on social
media or online platform. Installing a banner or sign board to raise brand awareness
among customers about our business and the products that will be offered. We can
give special discounts to the first consumers in order to get more customers and raise
customer awareness on our shop.
