HIGHLIGHTS OF OUR MANUFACTURING PLANT

 We're GMP certified, signifying our dedication to quality, safety, and industry
standards.
 Our Manufacturing Site is Located in a Green Industrial Area and Spread across
12000 sq. ft.
 Three distinct seasons are observed: Summer, Monsoon, and Winter.
 Strategically located in Sector-82, Mohali, Punjab, close to the Chandigarh
International Airport with a 15-minute drive.
 The site is equipped for manufacturing Ayurvedic external application products.
 Dust-free epoxy PU flooring in the entire Manufacturing Facility.
 The area was designed as per the WHO-GMP requirement with Rust-free puff
panels and airlocks.

Quality Assurance:
 The Quality Management system ensures that all activities related to the
manufacturing of Ayurveda products are in compliance with Good Manufacturing
Practices (GMP) and controlled by Standard Operating Procedures.
 Our end products meet all the pre-defined specifications ensuring the Identity,
Strength, safety, and Purity of the products.
 Ensuring the GMP / GLP and Technical training to the employees involved directly
or indirectly in manufacturing and Quality Control testing /Quality Assurance
operations with respect to ALCOA-PLUS Principles.
 Documentation is an integral part of Good Manufacturing Practices. SOP on
Documentation and Data control is also available which describes the entire
documentation system with respect to Good documentation practices (GDP).
 The self-inspection programs for effective quality management are designed,
adopted, documented, and followed up for corrective actions. Self-inspection
audits are performed every six months and include all departments; which leads
to a robust Quality Management System (QMS).

Quality Control lab

 Modular furniture & world-class equipment’s are installed, calibrated, and
qualified.
 DM water loop is circulated in the laboratory to facilitate the testing procedures.
 The company has a well-equipped quality control laboratory with sophisticated
Analytical instruments and qualified analysts.
 All types of analysis are carried out in the laboratory, i.e., Physical, Chemical,
and Packaging materials testing.
 Each and every incoming raw material and packing material are tested as per
the laid down specifications.
 Besides raw and packing materials all the bulk are analyzed as per specifications.
Research & development
 Ridhi Sidhi Enterprises focuses mainly on improving Ayurvedic research
techniques with an emphasis on foundational research, as evidence-based
research is critical for global acknowledgment and acceptance of Ayurveda,
which requires additional breakthroughs in research methods.
 Our initiative is envisaged as a motivation for young researchers to work on a
wide range of research projects to improve and spread Ayurveda.
 A well-equipped Research & development Lab is set up with qualified &
experienced Persons; who are engaged in New formulation development.
 Our research and development (R&D) team is doing innovations in design,
products, and style.
 Our R&D is actively working on advancing the validation of Ayurvedic principles
through the integration of ancient knowledge and modern technology in drug
therapies, with the goal of making Ayurveda more accessible to the public
through scientific innovations in this field.

Production
 Primary entry to Manufacturing corridors through change rooms and access to
the core area through secondary change rooms.
 Processing areas are designed to maintain class 100000 (Grade D) in static
condition with proper pressure differential.
 Separate AHU (Air Handling Units) catering to the Manufacturing and primary
Packaging Area with terminal HEPA filters are installed and qualified.
 Separate Man & material entry is practiced and Dynamic Pass boxes are
installed to avoid cross-contamination
 Automated machines, controlled & maintained by PLC are installed and
qualified to avoid any Human error and to produce Quality products.
 All our equipment which are in contact with the product is made up of SS316L
and non-contact parts of SS304.
 All our DM water loop & product transfer lines are electro-polished & orbital
welded.
 We practice human touch-free manufacturing and filling process.

Raw & Packing Material Store

 Storage facilities for raw materials & packing materials are designed &
maintained as per GMP guidelines.
 Dispensing & Sampling of raw materials are carried out under the Reverse
Laminar Air Flow (RLAF) area.
