1.COMPANY IN4
Vingroup, formerly known as Technocom Corporation, was founded in 1993 in Ukraine.
In the early 2000s, Vingroup started in Vietnam, focus on investing in tourism and real
estate , with two key brands: Vincom and Vinpearl. In January 2012, Vinpearl JSC
merged with Vincom JSC to form Vingroup Joint Stock Company.

1. Revenue perform

threshold of 66,425 VND bn, and in those 4 years, there is a strong innovation in 2020 when the
price is reached at 99,058 VND bn, but falls rapidly again in the following years, by the first half
of 2022, sharply reduced to 25,823
In terms of leasing and hospitals & entertainment services, both sectors had a good start in
2019 with equivalent prices of 6.792 VND bn and 7,789 VND bn and continued to decrease until
the first half of 2022, both sectors experienced notable growth, as leasing grew 2% year over
year, and hospitals & entertainment services grew 1.2% year over year.

Regrading the remaining 3 factors, which are healthcare, education and industrials, Vingroup

changes year over year. Not to mention, healthcare services have increased by about 44% YOY
and education has reached the threshold of 13% YOY. In terms of industry, although the first
half of 2022 has a decrease compared to the second half of 2021, it still achieve significant
revenue figures in the first half of 2021 and 2019。
