    A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF MR./MS. _________ AS THE SANGGUNIANG


    KABATAAN TREASURER OF BARANGAY __________, San Nicolas, Batangas

    WHEREAS, Section 7 of the Republic Act 10742, otherwise known as the Sangguniang Kabataan
    Treasurer shall be appointed by the Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson (SK Person) with the
    concurrence of the majority of all the SK (SK Members) from among the members of the KK;

    WHEREAS, Mr./Ms. ______ possesses all the qualifications for the Sangguniang Kabataan Treasurer as
    provided under Section 10 of Republic Act 10742;

    NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved and it is hereby resolved to confirm the appointment of Mr./Ms.
    ______ of Barangay _____, San Nicolas, Batangas until the end of the term of the appointing authority
    unless sooner removed.

    RESOLVED FURTHER, that copy of this resolution be givern to Mr./Ms._____ for his file, copy furnish the
    DILG Municipal Local Government Operations Officer and the Local Youth Development Office of Naic,
    Cavite for their information and records.
