Instructions
1. Recommended Browsers: Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome.
2. Mobile no. is mandatory for filling admission form.
(Note: Use only one mobile no. for single admission form.)
3. Please note down your system generated Login Id and Password for form submission process.
4. To receive emails, it is mandatory for parents to have a Gmail account.
(Currently, facing problems to receive emails with other email service providers.)
5. The decision of the school administration regarding admission will be final.
6. No complaints or requests for reconsideration will be entertained.
7. Scanned copies of documents should be of .png, .jpg, .jpeg and pdf formats with maximum
size of 500 KB each.
8. Note that uploaded scanned copies should be clearly visible.
9. Once form is submitted, candidate will not be able to make any changes in the form.
10. Incomplete forms will not be considered.

Guidelines
 Children born between 1st October, 2020 to 31st December, 2021 are eligible for admission.
 Parents are requested to fill the form and submit it online.

b. Address Proof
2. Student’s colour photo
3. Form no -2 needs to be downloaded, filled by parents in their own handwriting and then
uploaded on the site.
4. Caste Certificate (if applicable)
5. Forms are free of cost.
6. Please note down the system generated Form Number for further process.
