GENERAL INFORMATION FOR NURSERY APPLICATION FOR THE SESSION 2022-23

1. Please read the “General Information” carefully before filling up the Application form.

2. All entries should be made in ENGLISH and in BLOCK LETTERS

3. The Application Form is for Nursery ONLY

4. Eligibility: Date of Birth-Born between 1stApril,2017 to 31stMarch,2018

5. The cost of the Application Form is Rs.500/- to be paid online and hard copy of the receipt
to be attached in the form

6. The Application Form will stand cancelled in the following cases

a) Incorrect Information
b) Recommendation Letters
c) Hard Copy not dropped in the drop box
d) Information not as per the criteria mentioned

7. The list of candidates selected for an Interactive Session (Interview) will be displayed on our
website on the specified date. Please do not make any enquiries before that. Keep checking
the school website-www.loretobowbazar.in

8. Please take a careful note of the Application ID generated on the online application form.
You will get it once you submit the form online.

9. Kindly take a hard copy of the application form, payment receipt along with the photocopies
of the documents mentioned in the notice published in the school website. The hard copy
and the documents to be submitted in the drop-box at Loreto Day School, Bowbazar
(65 Bepin Behari Ganguly Street Kolkata-700012) on 07/09/2021 to 10/09/2021from 8:30am
to 11:30am.

10. Kindly apply for Nursery Admission 2022-2023through the “Apply for Nursery 2022- 2023”
tab and click on “Apply Online” and go ahead with the application.
