HOW TO MAKE A GEHU

Ingredients
• ¼ kg wheat flour
• 10 tofu pong
• ½ liter of cooking oil
• 1 tsp flavoring
• A pinch of salt
• 1 ounce bean sprouts (already washed)
• 3 spring onions (chopped)
• 1 red onion (thinly sliced)
• 1 chili (sliced)
• 15 green chilies
• Chili sauce (optional)
Steps
• First, make tofu stuffing. Heat oil in a frying pan, sauté the sliced shallots and chilies
• Enter the sprouts that have been washed clean, add a little salt, and stir-fry until half cooked. Store
the bean sprouts that have been sauteed in a bowl and wait until it cools down
• Second, while waiting for the sprouts to cool, make the flour dough
• Put the flour in a bowl, add the scallions, a pinch of salt, and seasoning. Add water to make a flour
dough, stir until evenly distributed. Make sure the dough isn't too thick or too runny
• Third, after the bean sprouts have cooled, add the stir-fried bean sprouts into each tofu to taste
• Fourth, enter the tofu that has been filled with bean sprouts into the flour mixture. Wrap the tofu
evenly and heat a frying pan with oil
• After the oil is hot, fry the tofu that has been wrapped in flour mixture over medium heat until it
turns golden brown
• Gehu is ready to be served with green cayenne pepper or with chili sauce
