Finance Department has 6- -02-2022
conveyed instructions for
Budget, 2022-23, so that the releases of funds and theformulation of Capex
could actually take execution of workss
place at the inception of ensuing Financial Year. In this
backdrop, all the Sectoral Heads, operating upon District
formulate the Capex Capex Budget, shall
Budget, 2022-23 proposals and furnish the requisite
Plan document, as
per the enclosed formats, by or before 10-03-2022 in
hard as well as soft
(MS Excel) format for its consolidation and submission to
concerned quarters.
In case of Area
Development Grants Additional District Development
Commissioner, Anantnag and Assistant Commissioner Development,
Assistant Commissioner Anantnag/
Panchayat, Anantnag/District Panchayat Officer,
Anantnag shall seek such plan proposals from Elected Public
Representatives
(DDCs/BDCs/PRIs).
The
Capex Budget proposal for the financial year 2022-23 shall be
formulated within the last year's ceiling and
following points shall be adhered
to, in letter and spirit, while formulating of plan.
The Focus shall be outcome instead
on
of outlays. Works having high
impact and visibility on ground shall be incorporated in plan.
Works, which are feasible in all respects shall be the part of plan. In
addition, PDD shall ensure the feasibility of sub-stations, if included,
before incorporation in the plan.
Special focus shall also be levied on the development of public
infrastructure like Schools, Tehsil Offices, Nayabat Khanas,
Pathwar Khanas, Panchayat Ghars etc, while conceiving the plan
proposals.
Only those works/projects shall be included which can be completed
within one year or utmost two years.
The projects/works which have been submitted or proposed to be
submitted to Finance Department for fundin through JKIDFC under
Languishing Projects head shall be excluded om the plan proposal.
