Attack: How can you say that men make greater leaders than women in normality?

If you look at
history's male leaders, some have done some very severe damage to society.

Attack to Defense:

You may have a point, but looking at what these leaders have done gives us a general example. Examples
of them are Joseph Stalin, the Soviet's most infamous political leader during WW2, who was sometimes
considered as a "hero", and sometimes a killer. He executed those who opposed him in his pursuit of
Communism, in which added up to atleast 2 million deaths. Adolf Hitler, failed Austrian painter who
became Germany's most notorious leader. The man who caused the Holocaust and killed over 6 million
Jews and more casualties that rounds up to 20 million deaths during his reign. Emperor Hirohito, Japan's
emperor during the American-Japan conflict, who's troops and officers caused and did crimes that were
illegal during war, and in which he knew all of what they were doing hence that he was all in it, making
him a war criminal. So as you can already tell, most deaths in history were caused by 'men'. While in
present times these have changed, there are still some flaws that we see and many of which the civilians
of that country may object with. There are still instances showing men that greatly, but the ratio
between the good and bad are insignificant.

Defense:

We'd never know if women made good leaders unless they were elected or became one. But looking at
statistics and general opinions, women can be more organized and effective in leadership. If you know or
met many females/girls in your life, you must've noticed by now how they are very conscious about their
things and looks. This applies to both genders but specifically speaking, girls are more likely to do these
things.

An example of a good female leader in history is Nieves Fernandez, a Filipino woman who led a guerilla
group that rebelled and fought against the Japanese during their invasion. She was a teacher who's
hometown was wrecked and civilians were taken by the Japanese, so then she took matters into her own
hands and helped in the war in secret as well. She managed to kill atleast 200 Japanese troops in her
time. As a teacher, she was also a great leader. She taught her fighters each with techniques on how to
fight plus create their weaponry. Her actions and kill count was so high/severe that the Japanese placed
a bounty of ten thousand pesos on her head.

And that is just one example from me that shows good leadership in women. Because who knows,
there's probably a lot more women who can be as good in leading.
