Promotion Outline One-Time Charge: Free of Charge and promotion tariff
▪ After the promotion period, will charge a standard tariff ( 25,000Ks>>32,000Ks)
▪ During the promotion period, if change requests include an upgrade, temporary termination, or relocation (except
for relocation within 112 Tsp), the promotion will end immediately.
▪ For existing customers’ relocation, it isn’t eligible for promotion tariff even if their new location is within 112Tsp.
Other commercial terms
▪ For dunning(make outstanding payment) and suspension of customers before the promotion month, it is eligible for
<Same as B2C> a promotion tariff.
▪ For terminated customers who apply for this service as new, it isn’t eligible for promotion tariff if the customer does
suspend/terminate within promotion months.*
➢ For Advance payment and Long-term contracts, the customer gets a promotion tariff if the customer applies within
promotion months. There is no promotion benefit after the promotion period.
*Reject: When exiting customers either B2C or B2B apply this promotion, please drop those customer applications by B2B direct and indirect sales. for
➢ Advance Payment customers: From 15th Nov2D to 31st Dec 23 , customers can apply 3-12 months advance payment. If customer apply 12
months advance payment promotion in Dec 23, promotion tariff will continue until Dec 2024(this is longest promotion period case). If customer
applies 12 months advance payment in Jan 24, promotion price will continue until June 24 same as monthly payment for customers.

➢ Long-term contract customers: From 15th Nov23 to 31st Dec 23 , customers can apply 12-36 months long-term contract. If customer applies
36 months long-term contract promotion in Dec 23, promotion tariff will continue until Dec 26 (this is longest promotion period case). If
customer applies 36 months long term contract in Jan 2024, promotion price will continue until Jun 24 same as monthly payment for
customers. 6
Terms and Conditions [Notice]
1. This Fixed Installation Charge is applicable in MPT GPON available area.
2. Minimum initial commitment period for the use of this Service is 6 months ("Commitment Period"). If the Customer cancels or terminates the
Service before the end of the Commitment Period. Customers will be charged an early termination fee of 100,000 MMK and customer shall
inform by giving thirty (30) days prior written notice to MPT or to the email at b2b@groups.mptmmf.com.
3. In the event of the Customer's relocation to a new place, the Customer is bound to pay again initial charges for the activation of such relocation
within initial commitment period.
4. MPT shall replace the ONT Modem free of charge if MPT determines that the ONT Modem was defective when it was delivered to the
Customer. In all other instances of damage to or loss of the ONT Modem, the Customer shall be responsible for replacing the ONT Modem or
reimbursing MPT for the cost of replacing the ONT Modem.
5. This service do not include SLA(Service Level Agreement).This FTTH service is on Best Effort basis and customer may not enjoy full speed if
the network is congested. MPT shall not guarantee the quality of the service if customer connects more than ten (10) devices at the same time
in the use of the Service.
6. Temporary deactivation and/or downgrading of the Service is(are) not allowed within initial Commitment Period.
7. The mobile voice, data, and SMS component of the service will be provided to the Customer after the Customer registers his/her mobile
number. If customer do not make payment on-time (before due date), suspension of both SME service and the mobile voice, data, and SMS
component of the service will occur.
8. MPT will not visit, and not collect monthly fee at Customer location. Customer itself must make payment through MPT’s official payment

9. The Customer shall return all MPT Equipment to MPT upon termination of the Service.
10. Customer is responsible to obtain necessary approval (including, but not limited to, those of building owner and of building management) for
MPT's provision/installation of the Service.
11. If the Customer wants to terminate, cancel, suspend or relocate the Service for any reason, the Customer shall inform by giving thirty (30) days
prior written notice to MPT or to the email at b2b@groups.mptmmf.com
12. Payment is postpaid for MRC. All price include 15% commercial tax on MRC.

Policy of Advance Payment and Long-term Contract as below,
➢ Advance customers can’t get both advance payment and long-term contract discounts at the same time.
➢ For Long-Term Contract early termination penalty fees : Discount amounts x Used months + Penalty Fees_100,000Ks
➢ During advance payment period , normally can’t allow bandwidth downgrade, upgrade, temporary disable and termination. (we will provide upgrade for
special requested by customer)
➢ For advance payment, non-refundable for temporary disable, downgrade,& termination(but no termination penalty).
➢ After first advance payment period, customer can pay next advanced payment for selected bandwidth or monthly payment, but customer will not get any
advance payment benefit for monthly payment. 9
