The time spent online varies, but on

average, people spend around 7 hours per

day. The Internet is frequently used by
students for online lessons, connecting
through laptops, phones, and tablets.
Activities include surfing the Internet,
scrolling the TikTok feed, reading short posts
on social media, and chatting with friends.

While the Internet facilitates remote work

and educational purposes, it also raises
concerns. The constant scanning of
information and frequent clicking can make
us more anxious. Instant messaging apps
like Telegram or Whatsapp are commonly
used for keeping in touch with friends
abroad, contributing to a significant amount
of time spent online.

The positive aspects include the

convenience of accessing information and
connecting with others globally. However,
the negative side involves increased anxiety,
constant online presence, and a potential
shift away from physical interactions. It’s
crucial to balance online activities and
assess the necessity of being constantly
connected to maintain a healthy
relationship with the digital world.
