Homework # 4

Technology is changing our lives in three main important areas, such as media ,
knowledge and in our daily life .Which has become ubiquitous to our way of life;
it’s everywhere, and so common that we only notice it when it’s not available. But
what is this mysterious Internet, and what are the advantages and disadvantages,
which can be determined by how we are using this technology . So are we using
the internet in the right ways?

Nowadays, internet is the daily life medium of communication between families,

friend and colleagues at work , which can be considered as one of the advantages
of the internet . But what about the people who is not just using the internet but
addicted to it. A good example is the people who set behind the squared screen,
hours and hours on the chat websites such as facebook or even the video
broadcasting websites such as YouTube or Dailymotion. Not only addiction but
also visiting inappropriate websites. Children can often stumble upon or seek out
inappropriate websites when using the Internet at home, which can be dangerous if
the child shares personal information.

Some may blame the schools and some may blame the parents. But I say both the
schools and the parents are responsible for the wrong use by their children on the
internet. They should aware and guide the child about the risk which might be
caused by the wrong use of it. The Internet is a very powerful tool. It has many
advantages; however, people need to be extremely aware of the disadvantages as
well
