Analysis:
The percentage of correctly answered items in a test shown in the item analysis result of Grade 1 pupils in
EsP is 76.43%. 76.43% of test items are accepted by slightly increasing difficulty, 10 % of test items may
need revision on the stem and/or choices and 13.57 % of test items needs major revision on the stem and/or
choices.
The item analysis result of Grade 2 in EsP 63.4 is %. It shows that the test items are very good for a
classroom test.

The item analysis result of Grade 2 in English is 62.44%. It shows that the test items are good for a
classroom test. There are probably few items which could be improved.

Analysis:
The percentage of correctly answered items in a test shown in the item analysis result of Grade 1 pupils in
Araling Panlipunan is 70. 74%. 70.74% of test items are accepted by slightly increasing difficulty, 13.33 %
of test items may need revision on the stem and/or choices and 15.93 % of test items needs major revision
on the stem and/or choices.
The item analysis result of Grade 2 in Araling Panlipunan is 59.11%. It shows that Learners got low score
because they lacked of interest about history.
The item analysis result of Grade 3 in APAN is 66.50%. It shows that the test items are somewhat low.
There are few item/choices that needs revision and improved.

not know or they are not interested in history specifically if the given sentences/questions are long they

having difficulty in understanding English words.

the learners got the highest score but some of them are still need to enhance their deeper understanding.

The item analysis result of Grade 6 in Filipino is 92.8%. It shows that the test items are excellent reliability
for a classroom test.

some learners but some of them are really need practices/activities to sharpen their reading and retention
skills.

in identifying the pitch of a tone in music.

MTB-MLE is 66.67%. 66.67% of test items are accepted by slightly increasing difficulty, 33.33 % of test
items may need revision on the stem and/or choices.
The item analysis result in MTB-MLE from grade 2 shows that most of the learners met the learning
competencies.
The item analysis result of Grade 3 in MTB is 69.66%. It shows that the test items are good for a classroom
test. There are few item/choices that needs revision and improved.
ACTION TAKEN BY THE SCHOOL: (This shall be done by Grade Level)
Grade 1 In lower grades, the teacher’s guide the learners and read the summative question for them
Grade 2 to easily understand the question because some of them are non-readers.
Grade 3
Grade 4 In higher grades, the teachers extend time to let the learners accomplished the examination
Grade 5 because most of them are slow reader. And also guide some of the non-reader learners.
Grade 6 I gave supplemented test questions to determine grades for somewhat low test items of a
subject. I also improved some test items which interpreted as good items.
Program: Providing reading materials with the theme “Basa mo, ang tanong sagot mo”
Objectives:
a. to enhance their reading and understanding
b. to help the learners strengthen the retention skills
c. to develop their interest in reading.
