Flying from Kuala Lumpur to Langkawi , Malaysia .

DAY 1

My friends and I planned for a trip after a long gap of Pandemic . We were desperate to visit island
of Langkawi to explore and to eat . I am based from Johor , Malaysia . I had to be at Kuala Lumpur a
day before our trip . The travelling journey was a bit tiring but I guess it’s worth a trip . The next day
my friend , Divya fetched me from my aunt’s house to catch our flight from Kuala Lumpur to
Langkawi , and we arrived just in time for breakfast .

After grabbing our bags from Langkawi airport , we jumped in the rent car and took a drive to
Machinchang Cambrian Geoforest Park Kereta Kabel . We reached to our destination at 10:05 AM.
Skycab + Skybridge counter opened at 12:05 PM and we purchased the tickets each for RM38.00.

Skycab was abit creepy and scary but the view from Skycab was awesome . The cotton candy skies
and deep wide seas seems to be great stress relieving for three of us . Moreover , we were planning
for hiking eventually we ended up jungle trekking to Skybridge . The counter assistant told us
duration of jungle trekking takes us 10-15mins but in reality it took us roughly like 20-30 minutes .
The skybridge is World’s longest free span and curved suspension bridge at 708 meters above sea
level . The feel of height seems goosebump to me , my friends and I really felt mixed feel of walking
in the Skybridge.

After experiencing our tiring moment , we went to a nearby Chinese Restaurant to pack some food
for us like mee goreng and mee hoon , and brought to our hotel room to eat . Once done eating, we
freshen up ourselves and booked a cab for us to go Royal Yacht Club – Sunset cruise . We had water
activities , Hi-Tea in the cruise and a beautiful sunset at the middle of ocean .

During night time around 9:30 PM , we went for food hunting at Pantai Cenang . It was top rated
restaurant : Telaga Arabic & Seafood Restaurant . We ordered siakap 3 rasa , kailan salted fish , squid
tempura , steam rice and pot tea with mint . It cost us RM 107.35 and it was a reasonable price I
would say.
